Good for those who are working in bay square buildings. It is in building number 10 ground floor. No need to go inside the building. Located near restaurant area. There is no toilet only ablution facility.

Its open almost 24 hours (not sure). And it has the facilities for ablution and a small praying area which meets your needs. FYI. There is no toilet.
