Mohammad has ordered rebuilding of Al Manara Mosque following a unique architectural modelLieutenant General Mosabah Rashid Al Fattan, director of Shaikh Mohammads office, said that Shaikh Mohammad pays surprise visits to oversee that mosques are built in the distinguished heritage shape.He said Shaikh Mohammad has ordered rebuilding of Al Manara Mosque in Umm Suqeim district on a larger space and following a unique architectural model.Due to the keenness of Shaikh Mohammad on mosque architecture, he has set up a supervisory committee headed by Lieutenant General Al Fattan to ensure the accuracy and quality of mosque design as per Islamic architecture and heritage.Shaikh Mohammad approved the architectural plan of the structure that can accommodate 3,900 people during prayers. The mosque will also include an Islamic library, classrooms for reciting and learning the Quran and rooms for teaching people who have recently taken up Islamic faith.

For the tourists, this place is beautiful, eye-catching, and clean place to pass-by. For my fellow Muslim brothers and sisters, this place is serene and not that crowded. The place is also near the beach area. Outside during day time (especially during summers) you might experience extreme heat, so dont forget to be prepared.

Very clean and relaxing mosque especially if you would like to take a nap in the afternoon between asr and magrib. very well conditioned, lighting is great and theres nearby water for drinking and wudu.Its also great that its nearby to the beach so i can go straight to the masjid to pray when i hear the athan. It also has plenty of parking spaces dedicated for people who come in to pray not the public who go to the beach
