Fraudulent Pakistani owned real estate company, very rude and unreliable, i have horrible experience with them, after my tenancy contract finished (lived 2 yrs. in their apartment )they have continuously invented stories not to give back my deposit! after so many times going to their office the Owner Muhammad Mirza and Agent Alamdar started shouting and showing off arrogant attitude and telling me that I am a beggar for my own money and that i will not see 1 aed from him because he doesnt want to give me, only after i called police to their office they have gave me a cheque but still deducted 1000 aed from my 5000aed deposit! They are lairs and cheaters and horrible behavior!
