I dont have an option to give zero stars or some penalty points unfortunately. The worst experience I ever had in dealing with mortgage consultant. I have been let down from first day till last day. Receiving final mortgage offer, arranging valuation appointment, opening bank account and finally on date of transfer. Incorrect information, false promises on timeline and failure to take client feedback for corrective actions. If you are buying a proporty in Dubai and need mortgage, stay away from this company and especially mortgage consultant Ali Sajjad.

Dealt with Muzamil for my mortgage he was so professional and responsive had some complications with the bank which were resolved promptly… muzamil even ensured that the deal went through by accompanying me to the trustee office! Super sweet of him! I highly recommend this consultancy firm and Muzamil 😊
