If you are looking for a mortgage or any other financial services I would advise you to STAY AWAY as far as possible from Get Easy Mortgage Brokers because they are anything but easy and anything but professional and on top of that they are THIEVES.Ciro & his team make lots of promises and will deliver zero. My experience with them started back in November 2017 and ended 6 months later with the result of no mortgage and loss of 3150dhs due to ill-advise received by Ciro.My case might have been a bit more difficult than the standard case but not having ever applied for a mortgage I trusted what Get Easy Mortgage was saying assuming they were experts in their field. As per their judgment I originally was a good candidate for a mortgage (an equity release mortgage) who then over the period of 6 months turned into a “hopeless” case.They claim to have strong relationships with their banking partners and financial institutions but that is simply a lie.Bank #1 – after 8 weeks of back and forth I got declined simply because Get Easy did not do their job right and overlooked a crucial detailBank #2 – I was promised that this bank would take me on 100%. They were so sure about the bank that they even advised me to go ahead with the apartment valuation before the pre-approval. Considering that a lot of time was wasted with the first bank they said it will save me time. I raised my concern over this practice as I had heard of cases where the pre-approval was not received and then the valuation money would have been lost but Get Easy told me not to worry. Unfortunately I trusted them and paid 3150dhs (which should have actually been 3000dhs but they charged 5%VAT on something that is VAT exempt!). Bottom line – another 2 months on my case I also got rejected with Bank #2.Considering their unprofessional behavior and considering that I had lost my trust in this organization I really wanted to go with another mortgage provider yet I was forced to stay with them since I had already paid the valuation fee and a refund was refused.Financial Institution #3 – Get Easy then referred me to a finance house and offered to pay for the new valuation which was needed as the finance house would not accept the valuation report done by the bank the month prior. I considered that a fair gesture and ensured that I would not need to provide any further information than what was already provided. By that time (around 5months into the process) I was exhausted from submitting documents over and over again, running back and forth to my company requesting letters, running back and forth to my banks. Again I was reassured – they had super strong relationship with this institutions and this institutions would even take on the “hard cases”. Bottom line – I got rejected.Get Easy Mortgage has been a total waste of time and apart from that they do not only steal money from their customers but also from their employees. When I confronted Ciro about his view on refunding me the 3150 dhs which I had paid them based on trusting in his “strong relationships” he said “I only give you advise, you don’t need to follow it!“ This coming from someone who supposedly is considered top management level of the company just says it all. When this is the logic and understanding for customer service applied at top management level what can you expect? I followed up a few times with my relationship manager who informed me that Get Easy had deducted 3150dhs from his salary. I assumed it would be credited back to me but never saw a single dirham. So they did not only take my money but also money from their staff.I ended up with another mortgage broker and I did get my mortgage through! Took around another 3 months but it did get done! What seemed impossible for Get Easy Mortgage was made possible with a professional mortgage broker. That’s all there is to say.

My personal experience with get easy mortgage in one word - superb . I was truly satisfied from what information i got, i will highly recommend get easy mortgage for property buying in UAE.
