Veey bad service, really they dont know anything, better to change the manager, because he doesnt have any knowledge any lack of customer service. Really very bad service, kindly review this comment and take action as per your policy

Ive been a regular customer of this exchange but 5 days ago the money that I sent was not transmitted to the bank account of my family. This is the first time happened in my 4 years of using thier service. It is totally not acceptable and I need to come back everyday to follow up my transcation. The Lady staff who made the trasaction made a mistake and dont want to refund my money. Thanks to Mr Saneesh, he helped me to refund my money and send back to my family in the Philippines. Kudos to you Mr Saneesh for a very good assistance.

I am very regular costumer for Al Ahalia Exchange, but today they really disappointed because of Service, I was waiting outside to send Money but suddenly security closed the door and says we are closed without giving any value of the customer, we were only 3 people outside and it could be easily served, also I requested to speak with branch mangers/ Supervisor but they denied to talk. Which makes me very upset and bad experience,Message to the Manager: please train your team How to talk to with customer and provide welcoming service, and importantly security should play most big roll by giving customer best service but it was worse.I would strongly recommend you guys to give value of customer that is how you guys getting your bread and butter.( My visit was today Al Khail gate branch)Thanks for the one of the poor service.

Pick a leaf from your competitors like Lulu exchange and AL razouki, the moment you step out of their offices the beneficiary receives in less than 20 minutes. Deposited with AL khail gate branch 01:08pm till now still waiting yet its needed urgently. I called back the office till now nothing done.
