Ordered Contour TS strips (50) along with a free machine as advertised for a price of AED 89. Got a call back saying to avail the offer, I needed to return an old machine! This fact or condition is no where stated on their website. So, I cancelled the order by calling the company again. I think this offer is a fraudulent exercise in calling attention of the customers. The company seems to have had no intention to honor the advertised product. Normally, I am not so harsh but this is a dubious company and should be avoided by all means.Rejoinder to Owners Reply: I checked your link and yes I found the exchange condition on Instagram. However, after repeated searches on your website, I could not find even a small print hinting about exchange condition. On the other hand, and I have several screen shots, I am able to add item to the Cart and check out like I did previously with no caution whatsoever of exchange requirement. Also, I got an acknowledgement of my order today on email and there is No mention of exchange requirement there too. It is a clean acceptance of the order with a promise to deliver items as advertised for a price of AED 89. So, I reaffirm that there is a misunderstanding at your end & not mine! If it is willful, it is deplorable and if it is not, you must correct the mistake asap. I have wasted my time and do not appreciate such acts. You already have my email and could have mailed a screen shot of the updated information on product website.
