They changed my iPhone 11 screen which was not working. After 2 or 3 months the screen started going crazy sometimes. First they didn’t want to check it because they said ‘it was physical damage’ (even though the phone was in perfect state) but then they sent the technician to check it. During this check some dust came into the speaker so I couldn’t hear anything while making phone calls. I contacted them and they told me they were sending the technician for 4 consecutive days and I was just waiting at home and they didn’t, until they did and he fixed the speaker (the technician was actually nice and professional at all times).After that the screen started going crazy again and this guy Ahmed said they will replace the screen if I pay, and that they’ll give me discounted price of 400 AED from the original price, which was 680, when they actually charged me 950AED, even more expensive than what they charge in the Apple Store.To make all this even worse, the iPhone 11 is a water proof phone, but the FAKE screen they put in the phone is not. Some water came in my phone (not a lot really, especially considering that it’s a submersible phone) and it stopped working.I went to the Apple Store and I had to BUY A NEW PHONE because they couldn’t even fix this.Big scammers, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Appalling service, took 48 hours for them to contact me by email. When they finally did, we agreed an appointment 5 & half hours in advance, No one turned up, no phone calls or reasons. Had to chase them down for an re-appointment time. No one answers their phones btw. I finally got a telephone operative that clearly neither knew or cared where the company technicians were. After wasting my entire weekend afternoon, I finally got a call to say it might be some time before we can see you. Thanks Mr. Phone. You suck
