You can find the same product cheaper in internet or in China dragon market. Very expensive and very bad service. Bought here 2 electro scooters. 2 months worked and 7 months in service.

Got some gifts. My experience of Customer service were ok quiet friendly. Prices not low cost but some unique gadgetsWe found one birthday gift which would have been quite difficult to find elsewhere.Location in the mall is good.

We bought this car from Tarsam Image and how we were treated by managements due to their policies which we didnt know until we had problem....................if you on holidays in Dubai then please dont buy any electronic or electrical item in Dubai, please also tell this to your love one.We had great time in Dubai we had done we had done so many activities including sky dive and spent ££££ on shopping, in different Malls and markets.We have been very disappointed with after sales customers service. I bought a nice electric car for my young boy who loved it until suddenly we felt something is burning and we found smoke was coming from this rechargeable car in our hotel room. We manage to extinguish fire and we found rechargeable lithium battery was smouldering inside the car. We were very lucky this happened during the day and we are alive today. I called store where we purchased this car and explained the situation, staff was polite but said he cant advice and will report to his manager who start at 3pm so he took my contact number although I told him its our last day of holidays and we have to catch flight on following day.Manager message me and told me to bring this car in the store to check. I took taxi next morning with my son and car. Staff in the store checked the car and was agreed that lithium battery is swollen which is faulty however he cant replace or refund until he send this car away for inspection by a technician in their workshop which will take about a week. I said I am happy if get fixed or replace and post us as its our last day in Dubai. Staff on duty said we cant post abrod you have to collect from the store even he spoke to his manager whose response was same. I wasnt happy with service so I made complaint to Dubai Mall Management Team they said it is policey on all electrical and electronic goods that retailers send item to workshop before replace or refund and its stated in small print at the back of the receipt. They advised you can complaint ro the government.My son was crying his eyes out in front of them which I couldnt bare anymore so I left car , eceipt and my contact details with Dubai Mall Management and left their office and requested to sort this for me as I dont have time of dont know where government offices are to take this case to them.I believe Dubai Mall Management must display this message on all Electrical and electronic goods shop that Holiday maker Dont buy any item or staff must ask customer if you are from abrod then check our policies before you buy due to our after sales policies as no one will read small print at the back of the receipt which they put in the bag with item.All holidaymakers please be careful when you buy any electronic or electrical item from The Dubai Mall.

Customer service very disappointing, not trained to help people’s needs and DOES NOT care about customer issues instead a worker argues and screams at you for their wrong doing. Incredibly immature staff. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. The state of this stores customer services is highly unprofessional. I hope this changes or Just shut this store down.

Worst place to get anything. Dubai Mall branch manager is rude and the whole experience is the worst. Was given a defective display item and they would not accept looking at the issue with the product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
