Ive been very grateful for my time at YMS so far and am excited to see what the future holds. My personal experience at the company has been very caring leadership, job growth possibilities and everyone is super helpful and supportive of one another.

I wish i had a dislike button for every positive Review here coz all the 5 stars provided in review are fake ! dont fall for this trap people. this company doesnt even have salary to pay to his Labours. how they will pay to their employees or the suppliers.

I spent several years working for YMS, honestly; they could have treated employees with more respect and show them more appreciation for putting their lives on the line for the company

They have good spacious workshop, facility

YMS Engineering is the best company I have worked for they are all very nice and friendly people they are all way willing to work with you when you need it the most

Advantages:Literally, nothing comes to my mind apart from new factory and few good people on middle and lower management level.Disadvantages:When I think back about YMS the following is what comes to my mind based on 6 month employment at this so called organization:internal and external lies from top management, false promises, precrostinations, no value of given word, wasted time and worst, cheapest top management I have ever met.My experience:-Pending salary up to 6 month is normal for this organization;-Payment of salary by small pieces of 200-500AED , that unables you afford even a proper 3 times meal a day;-Had to pay fine that covers visa cost that I have never seen;-Not a single point from my contract was fulfilled including salary, propper visa, medical insurance and accomodation that I had to rent running myself into debts by trusting to COO and GM;-COO dicieded not to pay my pending salary (I did not go to the court as it would take time and living cost in Dubai is too high);-GM refused to cancel my entry permit visa when I refused to work for this organization due to the above conditions, making me unable to leave UAE and accept other job offers.I am writing about my experience in order to help for the others to make up their decision before getting into all the YMS jungle adventure.
