They have a wide variety of exquisite cloth. I rate the service 9/10. The whole process was smooth unlike any of the experiences I had with other tailors.

Terrible customer service. I went to the Barsha mall branch this evening and whoever was standing on the left of the entrance did not seem to be interested to help I had to drag out answers. You just lost a customer!

I visited Al Barsha Mall branch and they refused to detail Kandora because I do not have an old Kandora to tailor it.

لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم سبق وفصلت في فرعهم بشارع جميرا في دبي وتعاملت مع موظف اسمه أحمد من اول ماقابلته يقولي لا أتكلم مع أرباب (كفيل) والدفع يكون كاش رفضت وسددت بالفيزا بعدها تواصل معي يطلب مبلغ ١٠٠ درهم بحجة انه اخذ تاكسي يجيب ملابسي خبرت الإدارة عن الي حصل وكان تجاوبهم سئ
