One thing I learned is to ALWAYS purchase from Spectra baby directly. I faced a few issues and even though i had not bought my pump from them directly, i got the best customer service experience whereby they repaired my pump within one hour! They understand the pressure and stress a pumping mom goes through and to that I am very grateful :)

This company is a distributor of Spectra in the UAE and instead of selling at a reasonable price because they get the product straight from the manufacturer with lower prices, they are taking advantage of customers and mothers by selling DOUBLE the price at 1800 dhs in the UAE. You can find this product on certain baby stores in UAE and on Amazon US from the official Spectra company at only 800 to 900 dhs with warranty than you can use in the UAE distributor company. Dont be fooled by paying double the price.I have taken action on them and made a complaint in Dubai Economic Department and they will review their wrongful increase in price. I also spoke to the manager of the company and she didnt care to reduce their prices and only concerned with making profit from the customers.Im sure they provide a great after retail service, but thats their job for being an official distributor of Spectra. They dont have to charge you DOUBLE THE PRICE.
