Crispy Beef was little too saucy yet tasted delicious. Some might find the sauce-laden bottom pieces little too much loaded.The Noodles was just too good. I tried a self-made combo - pour some Hot and Sour Soup onto the Noodles.Portion sizes are good, can easily satiate 2-3 average-sized stomachs. We have ordered from ChinChin several times already; even from our previous place years ago. Our recent order had been a nightmare. Nobody from the customer centre knew what was happening at DSO branch. After 5 times of calling the customer care, I did not feel cared at all. They told me they would call back after 5 minutes but nothing happened. The branch cannot be contacted. So I cancelled the order since the customer care did not even know what to do. At one point, the agent even left me hanging when he tried connecting me to the branch. After 2 hrs and 56 minutes of wait time, the food arrived. I told them to bring back the food to the branch. Never received a call back from them on what happened.

Food is great..they should try to serve food to dine on customers and provide proper service ..need to take care of hygiene as well.

I think Chin Chin is a place everyone ought to try once. And I promise you once you try you will keep going back. It’s utter deliciousness. I love their chicken Hakka noodles. They are so good to have on their own. And don’t even get me started on the pepper chicken winglets. Sticky, soft, juicy starters. The worst service and branch is DSO 0👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻❌⛔️, the Oder branches Barsha and Abu Dhabi are 👍🏻.One person working in DSO branch at 21:30pm he told me that his name is Sahil, I don’t know if he gave me the right name or no and one African lady She refused to give me her name. He was very rood I wanted to order and he told us that we can not sit to eat there Oder food but to not eat it there .like if he is kicking us out side🤬(he his) the problem that before that we go there I was telling my friend let’s go u will like the food. Now after what’s happened she told me I don’t want to try them food and I will never go there or order from them. And same to me because We do not ask for charity to deal with us like this, We pay for what we eat .And I will inform all my friends and colleagues about this 👎🏻

We bought a starter, a main and a noodle dish from chin chin - our first ever experiment on chin-chin. The drumstick was excellent. However, we had issues with the beef dish and chicken noodles. They replaced it in a professional manner. The staff there are very courteous. Taste is also good; looks like they dont use any artificial favors and chemicals - which is healthy.

Poor customer service, long waiting time and late service to table. Dont head to the place if you are really hungry. It took me 1 hour to apprach a table and then 1 hour to be served with food. Couldnt rate less than 1 star.

For chinese I always opt for chin chin i have tried almost everything and they never disappoint me.. i like their lunch combos so economical and delicious in taste. i love their hot & sour soup, black pepper chicken gravy, chicken manchurian, beef chili, hakka noodles, shezawan chicken gravy, drums of heaven, fried rice and green Thai chicken.

I wouldnt even give a half star. I ordered through Talabat, order was delayed and the food came cold, but the worst thing that I got a spoiled green cabbage with black colour. Its really shameful.

We ordered 3 menu in Chin chin DSO last night through Zomato, and sadly we received it cold. Our favourite fresh crispy chilli chicken doesnt taste good at all. We complaint to Zomato about it. Everytime we order chinchin through Talabat or Zomato it lead us to disappointment.

The flavours were point on! Chicken schezwan noodles with chilly paneer... Can it ever go wrong??? I had ordered this simple dish and it was bang on! These are things I saw with my eyes. Then he touches things around the store like the bag to put your food in, the plastic ware/chopsticks and your food containers. So nasty! I just cancelled my order, got my money back, and went somewhere else.

Its better than the other branches ; how ever there are some differences in the menu between it and the other branches .Always delivers on time and the portions are big enough for two except maybe the seafood section.

Chin Chin is one of Dubai’s most well-known and heritage Asian food brand. I absolutely love their food, it is truly a hidden gem in DSO. Over the last years, I have tried a variety of dishes from Chin Chin and I have always been impressed with their food.This time I tried chilli chicken dry, crispy baby corn hot garlic dry, sweet and sour chicken, veg manchurian, chicken Schezwan fried rice and chicken hakka noodles. I really liked almost all the dishes I had; such perfect flavours and taste! No overpowering sauce (which happens at times with Chinese food). Their delivery was on time and the food I received was still hot.

Horrible. Avoid this place. They do not honor customers. They cancelled a delivery order without any reason provided. There is no customer service or any management to call the customer before cancelling the order. They cancelled the order completely without any reason or even a brief call to let me know the order has been cancelled. They fail to satisfy customers. Will never deal with Chin Chin again. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this restaurant.

Average. However, I must mention that they are not very clean. Im not saying that its dirty but Im not saying its clean either. They definitely need to clean up the kitchen and the restaurant itself. I made an order for takeaway and the food was average. I hope they plan on cleaning up the place a little bit. As for now I most likely will not be going back to Chin Chin DSO until they decide to clean up the kitchen and handle food in a better manner in the kitchen. Chef wasnt handling food in a sterile manner either which seriously worried me and continues to worry me. Be careful and keep and eye out.

Food taste is yum

Its been a while I had from chin chin. Ordered online for Schzewan fried rice mixed, drums of heaven, crispy lamb and hakka noodles. Delivery was on time , neatly packed. Schezwan fried rice was amazing so was the hakka noodles. Drums of heaven was excellent, crispy and juicy and right flavors. Crispy lamb could get better as i felt it was a little too sweet , if a pinch of sweet was lesser, it would have been absolutely delicious. Over the years chin chin has been pretty consistent no matter which branch you visit .
