The hotel out of a worst nightmare. Very misguiding ad given in agoda. Not at all family friendly leave family maybe not even animal friendly place. Its so so bad i cant even imagine of staying in this place. They should rename this place to a bar rather than a hotel. Worst scenes. We cancelled our trip right from the parking area. One of the worst hotels i had ever visited.... Room stinks like drainage... People are not coming to clean the room or the washroom... Air conditioner u cannot control... Even lift is not working.. getting stuck in some floor and door are not opening... And the most thing parking is very very conjongested and very difficult to park and take the car out of it... WIFI works like hell.. getting disconnected multiple times.. complained to reception but no one fixed it....Try better hotels with the same price you are paying here...

Bad experience. This is not 3 stars Hotel standard.no towls in Bath room. I asked three times no response until I go to reciption. I book with car parking they tell me no parking.not clean found cockroach in bathroom and bed. I stay 3 days two night no body come to clean and change the matrix and bed. The furniture is very old .the only thing is good is the air conditioner. Am not come back any more.

This is a cheap hotel not that I expected much but the room is dirty and the toilet is stinking. Theres a bar so youll see a lot of people loitering that is why its noisy and not good place to rest.

Very poorly maintained rooms and pool.. Rooms dont even have proper lights, no proper ventilation in smoking rooms, etc etc.. Overall a very bad experience in general..

Dont stay here unless you want to ruin your tour. AC vents arent clean sp theres a particular smell in the rooms. Beds arent comfortable at all. We only went to the hotel for sleep and we couldnt even get it properly.

This hotel is a nightmare, if you are in hotel makeS you relax and peace of mind and But this hotel nightmares and worse, they dont even tink that have a guess or somebody who sleep or rest, on the other room, your in the middle of your sleep and somebody’s bothering on the next door doing drilling works And masonry work, in your head over next door in 8 am in the morning, i been try to call reception To stop and nothing happen i call 3x then in few minute stop after 30 minutes i sleep and the next door start drilling aGain, And makes me wake up and crazy this hotel are dont have time management no cooperation lost of mentally and poor communication i really not advisable to stay HERE everything is poor EVEN RECEPTION ARE WORSE

Bathroom was all molded from walls to ceiling. Room was too dim, and bedsheets looks like its not newly washed. AC was really cold even if turned off. You have to ask for towels and will only give you 1 even if you are 2 in the room. Food residues found on corners and cockroaches also seen. Location is nice though.

Very poor service no customer care satisfaction.The staff is very lazy unprofessional and uncooperative. Receptionist is also very unprofessional.I booked a superior double bed room but what I get was 2 very small single beds. The room is also not so clean and it can be vastly improved. Overall very bad experience.

It is a nice hotel near to metro station Alrigga, however dancebar on 1st floor doesnt let u sleep whole night. Not vaie for money.

Receptionist not cooperating with customs. All towels very bad and old .Good smell in the corridors. But not in the rooms , because all rooms are small and no chance to open any windows.

I liked my stay

I must Say the most Pathetic Place to Stay ... Beds are not comfortable at all. No Slippers for washroom . Breakfast variety is also Less and have no taste at all. Staff is also not friendly at all. You have to wait for your room for 45 minutes to get ready for checkin . However, Booking was made 1 week before . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL .
