My review is personal, aside from Point zeros excellent service and well maintained facilities, I found it hard to find peace or stillness laying down in a pod.. floating for an an hour.. it felt nice on my body but how can I feel relaxed? maybe I should try the cabin option next time, maybe the pod was too small for me, I hope to find peace..

Had a 60 minute soak and 60 minute massage and to say I’m relaxed is an understatement. The cabin was toasty warm and an ethereal experience. I usually have a hard time relaxing but the floatation made it so much easier. I didn’t realize one hour had passed! It is truly an experience that must be had.Pin the masseuse was amazing! She really worked out all knots and made sure I was comfortable and ready.Overall the staff were very lovely and welcoming. The space is clean and well maintained with great spa like ambiance.10/10 would recommend and I’ll be back again.Thank you point zero!

I would like to share my heavenly experience in this kind of spa it is new to me its always been my dream to go to dead sea too but right here in Dubai i get to experience this floatation the ambiance was fantastic very relaxing the staff are very friendly and super accommodating specially to Janice she accompanied us from the moment we arrived she makes sure we are following too the protocol of keeping everyone safe till we get to the cabin that looks like im in a 7star hotel its full deal once u get inside everything was covered for our needs this is actually good for walk in like u can just go there and even disposable underwear they provide towels are sanitized too ,water , cotton buds, lotion , shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hair dryer are just right there for our comforts and needs . we have our own privacy. the 60minutes floatation released all my stress and i feel light its like a new me and my skin so soft too. a must try specially to those who needs a break from a toxic life and stress. if u like my review tell them my name Abby and get a good discount

A relaxing new experience, the sensation of floating effortlessly in a disconnected environment is beautifully overwhelming. Also they have massage treatment and a water cycling treatment, their rooms are fitted with bathroom and showers. A great place to get away from the busy life of Dubai.

Definitely a new experience! I had been wanting to do this for a while and finally got around to it. My Fiancé and I visited Point Zero Flotation Center & booked two cabins. Unfortunately my fiancé was not informed about the various positions you can do to feel comfortable and ended his session early. I on the other hand had a nice experience, only thing was occasionally you could hear some banging in the background when it should be absolute silence. Was it cool, yes. Would i go back? Probably not.

I did a float at the Dubai Branch today March 6th 2021. I usually float at the the Abu Dhabi Branch and I have a package there. But I was going to be in Dubai for my birthday so I decided to stay with my routine of floating on the weekends. Here is my review of the Dubai BranchPros: The attendant on shift in the morning, not sure of her name, was so nice. She took the time to talk to me and engage in conversation. I loved the fact she was personable, friendly, and informative. Sad to say this was the only pro of going to this center.Cons: The float experience was horrible. I dont even know where to begin. First, the space to get ready is entirely too small and too crapped. There is no way anyone can get ready for a float in a space that small.Secondly, The shower was disgusting. Mold, mildew, and missing or cracked tile. The shower temperature was horrible. The water was scorching hot when I put the dial in the middle. Usually the middle dial makes the water warm, not at this center. I had to move the dial close to the cold side just to get the water decent enough to get on my skin. Please, fix this issue seriously because this takes time away from floating trying to get the water temperature right and can harm someone. This next issue is a structure issue. The shower is directly next to the float tank and the float tank sits lower than the shower....so you mean to tell me my shower water can get into the float tank? Not a good place for the float tank to be directly near the shower....that is a logistical nightmare. Imagine your shower water getting into your float tank water. The next issue I faced during my float session at the Dubai center is by far the biggest issue when it comes to floating. The air was cold inside the cabin. Float sessions are supposed to be warm water and air. I laid there for 2 hours wondering why am I feeling a cold breeze. This is truly unacceptable for a float session. It wasnt until after the session and during my shower I realized why this cold breeze happened. The door that leads into the the float cabin is a sliding door, not a insulated door like the one in Abu Dhabi. I examined the sliding door and it was not insulated at all. That was not a true cabin or cabin door. Thats why the cold air was coming in.The next issue I had was the lighting. The sensor shuts the light off after 8 seconds. Ok not bad being that the float should be in the dark, the only problem with this is during your shower the light will go off and you will be showering in the dark only to have to open the dressing room door, wave your hand to turn the lights back on, you cant leave the dressing room door open because water will getting into that. After about 3 attempts of turning the lights back on I gave up and just showered in the dark. This is unacceptable.Another issue was during the last 30 mins of my float the music came on and a loud motor came on. Noise is unacceptable during a float session. I felt the water coming down only for it to stop and come back up again...unacceptable. Why did the music come on and not the lights that signal me that my time is almost up? I thought the music coming on was my signal because it wasnt on when I started floating and during the first 90 mins of my float. So confused as to the last 30mins of that session. That confusion, music, and motor threw me off even more on my relaxation. And finally, when the lights came on as my signal that my horrible session was done, the water started draining but never finished draining, This happens in the Ab Dhabi location as well, but their insulated cabins, warm air, and spacing makes up for this annoying issue from both centers. Please bring back the PODS in both centers please. I think the pods can give a true float experience.Trust me I am not a complainer, just ask the Abu Dhabi location, I rarely complain if at all. But the Dubai location did not make this a great or even decent float session. I would like my 2 hours back added to my package because I wasted two good float hours on a really poor quality float.

Great place for floatation therapy in Dubai. Tried the pod and the cabin. Good facilities, clean, private, lovely receptionists. The only thing that bothered me a bit is that the rooms are quite cold with the air conditioning, so when you come out of the the salted water or the shower, you may get some shivers. I usually take my cashmere scarf not to get a cold. Also in the cabin, my floating tummy (due to the quantity of salt, parts of the body stay outside of the water) get a bit cold as well! But all for all, it’s very nice, and I prefer the cabin to the pod (recommended if you’re claustrophobic too), as I could spread myself out, take space, and relax.

I am very disappointed that my insurance covered treatment is only accepted in Abu Dhabi while Dubai rejected the approach. They need to find a solution for this problem.

Floating in general does wonders for well being, combating anxiety and relaxation. But point zero, in particular, is an incredible floatation center, with excellent staff, awesome facilities and a good range of offerings, including great massages.
