Poor quality of service. They burned my face when I did upper lip waxing and when I went to complain they offered me 10/- aed as compensation which was pathetic. I had to buy medical cream for the burn which costed 27/-. It’s not about money it’s about the attitude. Too much attitude the ladies in the reception, last time they burn my underarms and now face. Please don’t opt this saloon they are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers

This saloon has been my go to saloon since 2 years now. Their prices are wonderful and the staff are extremely sweet. Sweet staff and service especially Tulsi ❤️❤️ I have been trusting her with my hair during these two years, I would never give my hair to any other stylist ❤️❤️

This is the worst salon I have been to first of all u have like 100 staff and to do the service takes forever even if it’s booked. And for ur Arab staff Moroccan she doesn’t have a good way of talking the phone she doesn’t hear what the customer wants she just wants to close the phone and her attitude in the salon the way she stares is very bad this is the worst salon experience that I ever had I will make sure that I tell people how bad it is

I really like companion beauty salon all services because I am doing my hair always with them and I am doing Moroccan bath & eyelashes also with them. Specially I love Anni companion manager and they are really working very nice. They are dealing with the client amazing.. I love their Salon and all the services.

I felt no professionalism at all from them and that’s not the first time. Although beauticians do their job well but the attitude is not good with everyone. I booked my appointment twice and went there but the lady wasn’t available. They wasted my time. They should stop being racist and behave with all the customers equally. I think that would be great for them.

This is a massive area ... maintained well .Their staffs are highly trained. Perfect mani Nd pedi. Excellent facial by Sana. Great blow dry as well .Why only 4 stars ? Sometimes I feel the rates are a bit pricy ! The rest all is great work.

I’m not happy and not satisfied what massage I got from there salon.wen I do my appointment I ask them I want to book hard massage I waited already for 20 minutes before she start to me.wen she start she ask me about hot stone f I want to try I ask her f for what the hot stone she told me to feel relax I agree but wen she start I don’t know that hot stone is for nothing u will just feel the hot but u can’t feel any hard massage from her hand.so I told her to stop.and wen she start to do the massage she don’t do the hard massage for my legs and that is the important the muscle of my legs.one more thing wen u told full body massage they will massage whole body but she didn’t do for my feet and my hand specially my palm.I’m very disappointed I can’t recomend with my friends.

I had recently visited this place and given it a 5 star review , followed by which they had provided me with 15% discount online, I booked my appointment using the discount , after I was done with the services, they said they dont give discounts. Inspite of telling them that they had given me the discount online while booking, they refused to look into it saying they dont give discounts at all.If you dont give discounts, then do not reply to reviews saying you give discounts, It is disappointing to get such fake messages.Such service is not expected.

Really disappointed with them. In Dec just I did my Gelish Manicure for 100 dhs , Within 2 days it peeled off , Moreover I had to attend a wedding , It was a total disaster. I could really peel off the nail polish. Gelish manicure usually remains for atleast 15 days and you need to come back to the parlour to remove it. or follow the process to remove it. When complained to the supervisor she said they nail gelish nail polish might have expired and they would need to check on this. Until today I havent heard from the supervisor.Horrible service . Never again I will visit them.

They are really bad specially the Moroccan lady at the reception she doesnt know how to handle customers i used to go for this saloon for two years and when i went today i was waiting for almost 30 min and then instead of asking the staff to attend me the Moroccan lady decided to give priority to her friends who came to saloon after me. The Moroccan lady in the reception is not interested in the customers and does not respect them. She made me wait for half an hour, and then gave the employee the one who was supposed to provide the service to a second customer, and she is her friend. It is impossible to deal with them again, and I will certainly not advise anyone I know about them. Customer service is supposed to be number one.

A salon I deal with for two years, but I noticed the difference in prices for keratin. They allow the workers to set a different price each time despite the same service that is chosen regardless of their prices at the best time. For the rest of the services, the prices are fixed for hair. The price of hair dye varies each time.
