Worst Survey company ever, dont event think that there survey are even honest to begin with, its been more than 6 months and they still havent allowed us to redeem our hard earned points, if you have gone bust then tell it openly.

Havent redeemed my points since March 2020. Emails and calls are unresponsive. Sheer waste of time.

Got my first payment from them it took almost 6 weeks to send me the money order

I trust this survey company as my friend recommend it to me but I felt so much disappointment as I took a lot of time to take survey and to earn rewards but once you reach to the exact points, they just dump you. nobody will assist you in your concern even if you will send email to there customer service. It is very much disgusting.

I wish I could give a negative review to this company. I have redeemed 5000 points for $50 cash on 5th Feb 2019 and till date havent received the amount, neither the points have been refunded back to my account. On 14th March 2019, I receive an email with the MTCN number to collect the amount from any of the Western Union branch. But the name mentioned on the money order doesnt match with my registered name. Post that, I have been sending several emails to change my name on the money order, but no response from YouGov. Seems like this is a fake company. Guys please refrain from using this site.

I have got more than 10 money orders last year... they paid it on time... but this year 2 money orders are pending,,, no response for my calls and mails...

I have very bad experience with that cheating company. First you spend half year and a lot of time to collect 5000 points and then you discover that nobody gonna pay those 50$. Cheating project. Not recommend to anyone
