WORST SERVICE EVER - BE VERY CAREFUL !!!Please sort the review to lowest to get the clear picture of KSL Logistics, most of the positive reviews are allegedly self financed/supported.BEFORE I START, IF YOU ARE SUFFERING WITH THEIR SERVICE:1. Make a complain with Dubai Consumer Rights--- Google It, You can file a complain against them!2. Make an official complain with police (You can do it with Dubai Police App or at the Naif Police Station). Take all your invoices and show your correspondence. Keep it official. For your ease, take an Arabic speaker with you, so you can communicate all your concerns clearly3. If you know a lawyer (Most of us have legal department at our work place, Consult them), Feel free to send them a legal notice--- They should suffer the way you are suffering!Please dont trust these people with your packages or hard-earned money, they are just like scammers. Once you pay them, they will vanish in thin air. Its been weeks, and I have been following up on my delivery which should have reached its destination within 8 days considering it was an AIR CARGO! So if you want to keep on ruining your day following up on your delivery and hearing lame excuses, Its better to try some other service provider.A big watch out, no matter how securely you pack your stuff, they will still open it at their office and re-sort them. So the extra money they are charging you for packing goes down the drain!The saddest part is no one from the top management will come forward to take the responsibility, and they will keep forwarding you from one person to another – WHAT A SHAME!IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER OR PLANNING TO CHOOSE THEM, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE PLEASE AVOID THEIR SERVICES AT ALL COST!

Beware of the Fraud!Please be cautioned dear Pakistanis of the KS group as due to their non professional dealing with cargo and way of handling i have lost 2600 AED QLEd just purchased from the store ad not even used for 1 minutes.The QLED was broken in their Packing area in Abu Dhabi and still they did the cargo to Pakistan so that blame will not come on them but on the customer that he has not handled it properly. Moreover that first they conformed that they will investigate the issue and later they said they will pay for the screen replacement but later they were not even picking the call and also told me that this is my fault as i have trusted their words.So my suggestion is dont trust their words and dont use their service, this can be you also who will be frustrated at the end with losing every thing and no one even listen to you.I can share the pictures and order details if any one think I am telling lies.the box outside no damage but inside the screen is damaged with some sharp material.

Beware of the Fraud! I would do negative star but thats not an optionWith 2021, we thought things would be better but apparently its not. We decided to purchase two TCL screens from UAE andget them shipped to Pakistan. These screens were packed in wooden box (shown in pic below) so that no damage happens to these screens.When we received the parcel box was in good shape and thats where we made the mistake of letting our guard down. We just checked one screen and found itto be in good shape and left the other one to open at later stage (Big big mistake). After few days we opened the second screen and found that its box was damaged from outside.Upon further inspection we found out that this screen was completely damaged (refer to pics). The only conclusion is that this was damaged either at the time of packaging or priorto it which nobody noticed. When we inform them of this damage, then rather than investigating this own their side they simply blamed us for not checking this immediately on delivery. I know, its our fault that we didnt check item immediately thats what caused us good amount of money. This is a lesson learned the hard way with money lost and thats not entirely the problem for which this rant is about. Its about the customer service and the expectations of buyers when purchasing new stuff that it will be damage free but apparently who thought something like this would happen. So please beware of shipped items and do make sure to record the video otherwise you will be blamed for damaging your own newly purchased product.

The worst cargo company. I send one Lcd from UAE to Pakistan and when its delivered it was packed with wooden sheets and looked properly fine from out side, So my parents dont bother to check from inside at the same time. The next day when the open the box it was broken from inside already. And when we call them they dont even bother to receive our call and respond back.

Still waiting for the things to reach karachi. No one update their system. Its always the same. They promised to deliver in 5 working days but unfortunately they dont. Custom clearance takes forever

Very bad experience. Saw the good reviews so wanted to send some luggage to Pakistan. Wanted to send some luggage to Pakistan. Team was late by 2 hours, boys were professional. After all the packing was done, I was told for every item, I will be charged 30 KGS.. Nobody told me this. When I called the owner, his point was why I did not ask. When I asked how was I supposed to know, he went from normal to absolute rude. Beyond rude indeed. Thanked him close the phone, paid them 50 AED for packaging and refused to send goods with the company. Absolute horrible, cant believe such companies exist in a customer oriented place like Dubai. Worst experience of my 5 years in Stay in Dubai. Avoid them at all cost please
