Moved house from Mira to Town Square, when I moved to Mira I had a bad experience (not with the removal firm at the time) - but this gave me some anxiety with moving in general. Brideway Relocations were amazing, very attentive, hardworking, they listened to all my requests and carried them out. I expected one or two snags / issues but honestly nothing bad came from the day - I would recommend this company to anyone - really impressed.

A seamless and delightful experienceFrom the first contact until everything was packed and loaded, dealing with Bridgeway Relocations was a delightful experience. We had shortlisted a number of relocation companies for our move from Abu Dhabi to Spain and although many competitors offered good prices and good services, Bridgeway came on top for a number of reasons; their price was very competitive, they offered many different options, but the key element was their flexibility.As it was our first intercontinental move, we were at the beginning of the learning curve and had many questions. Since we were not sure, we changed our approach a few times; sole container vs. shared container, transport via Rotterdam or directly to Spain, insurance, storage, even air freight for urgent items. Every time, Jolly patiently provided us with all the information we needed. She even suggested better options that we had not thought about. She is not only experienced and good at her job but also very much customer focused and has a very friendly approach. This made the difference.We were also impressed by Mohammed Hassan, and his team for the packing and shipping activities. They provided us some packing material a couple of weeks in advance so that we could get a head start with our more sensitive belongings. On shipping day, they even showed up early (although they politely awaited until we were ready) so everything started on time. They took care of dismantling larger pieces of furniture to minimize the volume (hence our cost) to keep it within our budget. They took special care of our delicate things and built custom-made crates when needed. Everything was labeled, recorded and loaded on the truck withing the predicted time and the apartment was cleaned before they left.All in all, we were impressed with the professionalism of everyone at Bridgeway. I have had several international moves with them and also I have been storing my household goods with them. Their work is excellent, they packed up all my goods and shipped for a good price with no surprises. I highly recommend them.

Bridgeway relocations was engaged early in the process of moving country in order to assess pricing across the landscape of the many shipping companies in Dubai. Bridgeway (Business Development Manager Rahul and Pricing Executive Nikhil) was always competitive and I found them very timely in providing their quotes and explanations of what comprised each element of the quote. On packing day the crew led by Shabab showed up on time and worked very well with minimum instruction throughout the two days. I found the crew professional and hard working and in the end very creative in getting most of my possessions into our allotted container. I am now awaiting shipment of goods, but up to this point I am very happy with my selection of Bridgeway to do my international move.

I am editing my review from 5 to 2 stars. The only reason for that is some communication issues on charges in my destination. I had asked persistently for any charges at destination and was told one thing but then a surprise charge came up after the shipment left and they have persisted in not acknowledging their mistake. Management finally got involved but didnt make a difference to the costs I had to pay.Original review----Very professional and did a great job in packing our items. Even though I originally mentioned less items then what was actually there, they accommodated the difference very quickly. Would definitely recommend and re use them.

Highly recommend using Bridgeway. Utilised there service to move my belongings in 2018 between Dubai, UAE & Bangalore, India. Considering I had less than a full container load, I did have to wait a bit but my stuff reached seamlessly and was door delivered without any damage!

I recently relocated to Ireland from Dubai. I chose Bridgeway and must give them a 5 star rating. My goods ( half a container including large glass items and 3 marble tables ) ALL arrived intact with NO breakages. The packers in Dubai had packed my goods very efficently and carefully. The unpackers at this end in the UK commented on the superior quality of corrugated cardboard used and the superior way the goods were packed. I would thoroughly recommend Bridgeway to anyone.

Update: Do not use the services of this company. Finally opened our television to find it had broken on the corner and damaged the screen. Emails and whatsapp messages seeking a response (if not insurance compensation) has turned to deaf ears. I understand these things happen in transit especially to fragile items BUT a lack of communication is poor and pathetic. Not recommended!************************************I am torn between a 2 and a 3 star review for Bridgeway.In summary, Bridgeways services at home (in our case, the UAE) are very good and well serviced. Cant say the same with service once the cargo is shipped.Let me start at the beginning - We received our Canadian residency and were looking to relocate to Ottawa, Canada. A month from our move, we sounded out a dozen companies in the UAE. Out of them, we zeroed in on a couple that seemed to be both cost effective and response. Bridgeway was, by far, more proactive than the rest and given their promptness decided to go with them.Come moving day (Jan 6 2018), Bridgeway staff were present at a predetermined time, with their packing and moving staff. A team of 5 (or 6) staff spent 4-5 hours packing our place. This included a wide array of items including an LCD television set, books, linen, clothes, etc. The packing was done very professionally and the staff cooperative and well behaved. All in all, a happy day. We were told beforehand that given the time of the year (low season) and the volume of our cargo (half container), it would take a while for the shipment to leave port. They estimated anywhere between a few weeks to a month. This was acceptable to us as we were only reaching Ottawa end of February.The shipment left port finally mid February. I was sent an email with details including the name of the ship, estimated schedule and local moving agents/handlers.Our ETA was end March... on googling, the ship was still somewhere near Egypt which was surprising. On inquiring, we found out that our cargo had moved from one ship to another and we were given a new arrival date - sometime in April. Now Ship 2 was anchored off Gibraltar Bay with no updates given. Finally, the ship crossed the Atlantic and reached Montreal mid April. From Montreal, the cargo went by rail to Toronto where it stayed for Customs clearance. Finally, it left Toronto and reached Ottawa today (23 May), a full 3 months+ since shipment.The delivery guys were very cooperative and all the goods were accounted for. But my frustrations are with the local agent and the general lack of communication. If your final destination is somewhere central like Toronto, the services should be more punctual. If not, I am not sure if its worth it. But hey! At least we got our stuff...

I chose Bridgeway to store my personal effects when I left Dubai in 2008, based upon recommendation from a colleague. The whole process of the original contract, collection & storage of our goods was handled professionally & efficiently with minimum effort required on our part.We have kept our goods in storage with Bridgeway since then and have always been provided with a friendly & co-operative service over the years. In particular I would like to mention Jennifer Siacor who has been incredibly efficient, friendly & helpful through the whole process.I have no hesitation in recommending Bridgeway wholeheartedly.Following on from my previous review, we have now decided to ship our goods from Dubai back to the UK. We used Bridgeway for 13 years in Dubai. I reiterate my comments above - they have always been very professional & efficient. Ive used Bridgeway Relocations when I was relocated from Abu Dhabi to South Africa.Overall good but unfortunately they didnt pack all my stuff, however apartment was empty when Ive checked. They also didnt like me staying while they are packing. A significant number of glassware and other items want delivered however all boxes came sealed. Some of dish ware lids was also not in the cargo.Im very disappointed and can only think the packers helped themselves with my stuff.

I got in touch with Bridgeway when I was moving from Melbourne to Dubai. It was hassle free and they were extremely responsive. This is the worst relocation company I have ever worked with. We moved out of Dubai in September 2019 and a guy called Punit told me that the goods would be in Finland within 45 days. Today is 16th December and the goods have not yet left Dubai even after sending them very many emails.Please dont use this company and Im going to make sure the word goes out to as many people as possible plus, we are going to sue them if we dont have the good by end of January 2020.The worst experience given that all our relocation.

Not reliable!! Be careful while dealing with them.They will offer low rates but will manipulate the CBM at the time of packing which will have no upper limit compared to estimates. Further for volumes lower than the estimate they are unwilling to apply the incremental rates but try to recover based on estimated volumes. So either way the customer loses.In addition, even for door to door cargo they have exhorbitant hidden charges which will be recovered at customs clearance through their middlemen agents.Further at destination, they did not provide any support for assembling the items. The team at my place which came for delivery did not even have any basic assembly tools.Dealt with their sales rep Punit who is high on sales talk but low on facts and commitments.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. I would not encourage anyone to use this company to do a relocation or shipping.First when the packers were schedule to come to my house to pack and take the boxes, they were late and in fact I was not sure when they intended to be there. I waited in the apartment for more than a hour after their schedule time. When I decided that they were not coming I was leaving when I saw a truck parked in the shade with the Bridgeway on the side. I went to see the 2 men in there relaxing.Next they packed the things and remove even tea bags and spices as food items.Third when I made arrangement to pay the shipping to their bank account twice that they provided it failed because they closed that account and then at that time provided the new bank account. At this time 1 month went by before the boxes were shipped.Forth they sent by FedEx and to the import section of the port.Fifth the most expensive box to send, my 42 LED HD TV, when opened after a few days at my home the screen is completely broken all over and does not work.Sixth they told me I did not have any insurance. Although I thought I have insurance for the value of AED5000.I would not advise anyone to use this company.

An absolute horrible experience. This company should not be in business. From the planning of the packing, showed up late the first day and took two extra days to pack everything, nearly doubled the price quoted because of the increased volume only to find out after we received the items that many of the boxes had one item in it and in some cases were empty. Delivery was a month late. Many items were damaged due to poor packing. Overcharged for crating that was not used and still has not refunded the money. Non responsive to emails.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I used Bridgeway relocations while moving from Dubai to United Kingdom. Every aspect of the move, starting from the customer service to the actual move, there was no problem at all. There was a small delay in the shipment being released in the UK because of an error from my wifes side while filling up the forms but they contacted me and helped me resolve it as well, excellent communication and customer service. Mr. Javed was really helpful and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you and good luck Bridgeway.

Worst removal experience ever. Do not use this company! My removal was packed up on the 28th November to be shipped to Australia. I was told 1 month port to port then 15 days through customs, that was over 4 months ago and my removal has still not arrived and they will no longer respond to my email requests asking for updates. Truely horrendous experience, they do not even deserve 1 star. This company should not be in business.

Should you ... eventually receive your shipment, be aware that you will not receive the service you paid for. Instead you will have literally a DOOR to DOOR delivery and end up carrying all the heavy boxes yourself, as unpacking, building and remove all the debries yourself!In the contract is mentioned that they cant guarantee a fixed timeline, due to logistics. Which at a timely fashion would be acceptable...get yourself prepared for endless follow ups with either no communication or miscommunication between them and their 2nd, 3rd and 4th parties.Generally be careful with the quote, again they can not guarantee the exact space needed-but you will be definitely- half the amount underquote you!Packers on the day were, awsome and thanks to their great job, only one small thing broke during the process!

Very very bad packing. Half my fragile stuff was broken because it was not packed properly. Same happened with a friend who moved at the same time. Do not use this company. Or get insurance at a hefty cost. There isnt a single box which has unbroken stuff. Not even bubble wrap was used to pack fragile stuff.
