This place could use a bit of fixer upper. It houses a great Korean restaurant. Yes also a barbers shop. Easy parking and good location.

It has got Gym, childrens playground, swimming pool, squash court, table tennis, Jacuzzi, Sauna.

I have a video and cars are going out and security is not sitting young guy maybe 30 years
