Nayomi is located in the ground floor of Dubai festival city. Different styles of lingeries, night wears, sleep wears, etc for kids and women are available. Almost every thing is in reasonable rate. There will offers too in the festival times. Staff members co operated to me very well for choosing.

I was quiet upset with the customer service experienced today which made me choose not to buy items.Two things that I experienced was the staff was not attentive to what was asked for and then was being difficult when it came to trying. In a matter of week my experience at this store was really bad...I am not sure why however felt like the staff is overworked and stressed out and ideally the store should have minimum of 2 staffs today there was just one.There was another store lady last week and she was absolutely helpful however there were two staffs last week.I was in two minds to write this review however this is not to complaint about the staff but to bring to attention that employees need to be taken care of, if they are stressed out they wouldn’t be able to provide that level of service and they are not to be blamed.

The products are very good but the store sales staff need to be trained to deal with the customers and give proper information on the offers and promotions... very poor customer service.
