The worst place on the planet to get a visa, they treat you like you are a begger, extremely difficult to understand anything from them and even worse if you try to call them to ask a question, unfortunately we dont have any other option than dealing with them. Make sure to get all the details they ask for from the 1st time as its very easy for them to tell you come back later and take another appointment which can be 3 months later.

This is for the Turkish Visa Office.DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT staff and managers.I applied and paid in advance for an appointment after I explained that I am a visitor in the UAE to the Turkish consulate who didnt read but the word VISA and referred me to VFS to find that VFS doesnt issue visas to non residents.At the appointment they told me that they will issue me a full refund. Eventually they did not. I called and emailed and even a manager called me back telling me that they will only refund the insurance and they will call me back again to confirm. Guess what they emailed me back saying we dont issue refunds. Bunch of DISHONEST ROBBERS.How do you charge me for no service and for a mistake from the consulate and tell me one day that you will get the refund and next day just saying no?!..

There will never be a worse experience than VFS. Website doesnt function. Ive just spent over $500 on a UK visa and cant even book the appointment because VFS site hangs. Governments spend so much on a visa application website and as soon as you get to the VFS portion of the process, its a disaster. Customer help goes in circles making sure that you can never contact anyone to assist. Security is rude. Staff in every department are uninterested, rude, and seem to think theyre doing you a favour (despite paying 100s of dollars for the service). Why tourism boards of countries outsource this is beyond me. It makes you hate wherever youre going before youve even got on the plane.

Mainly was just two agents handling all types of visas among other 3 more staffs surrounding. There is self - kiosk - computer which you can use to fill out the missing form free of charge. You can take photographs or photo copies at the same place if you dont have one(chargeable) .

Went there for my passport renewal.. fast service..and rude lady security.. i was looking for a washroom, and tryna find it myself..I passed by 2 security (lady and a man) then when I couldnt find it, I asked one lady, she pointed me on the area of the 2 security.. when I reached that area, the lady security just told me with a loud voice saying i was watching you, ive been watching you.. and for me, I was like.. what is her problem.. as if I committed a crime or violate rules.. i was in a hurry so i just didnt mind her. She couldve ask me when I passed them what I was looking for or if not better be quiet.. why she should watch me or telling me such things as if I did something wrong..duh.

I came across the two most helpful agents! Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the nice lady (from Philippines) but I got the name of the gentleman: Mr. Mokul. I was applying for Greece and everything was smooth. Just make sure you read the document requirements online and when in doubt call or email their helpline (in other words come prepared). Because I arrived without my travel insurance. Just FYI now since covid, there is no option of going to the center and collecting your passport yourself after visa processing. They dont want crowds. Youll need to pay for the courier service. Ask them if they can send the passport through Emirates post (I forgot to ask) maybe that way there will be no fees.

Had a very disappointing experience with VFS. Went to apply for my Greece visa, and despite it being the 4the schengen visa I’ve applied for (having visited Europe earlier), the agent first held up the application stating insufficient evidence of insurance despite my application including my worldwide corporate insurance cover which has been used for schengen in the past, and then made us wait for over 3 hours to get the application processed when we eventually agreed that the same corporate insurance will be kept in the application with my cover letter. A real waste of time and effort. For an appointment at 12noon, we finally got the applications submitted and left the place by 4pm.

Efficient, professional, friendly. All the hoops you need to go through for a Saudi visa processed in a relatively pleasant environment. I dealt with VFS during Covid-19 pandemic .. inside VFS premises, the VFS agents were very nice and helpful. My problem is with their flawed appointment booking system and their fees which are exagerated. The disaster however is their refund policy. I booked an appointment for visa application. The appointment was cancelled from their side (visa suspension). For me, it was a clear case: they needed to refund the entire fees and quickly. I spent 6 weeks writing emails and justifying myself. Initially they said no refund !! then, after emails back and forth, they refunded only the extra charges (photo, aramex, etc.) which accounted only for 30% !!!! It is really a shame .. in addition, they have a monopoly .. you want a visa, you must go through them !! no other option ..

Do not pay anything extra for the VIP schengen service. Its a scam. They give the same service as a regular but trick you to pay extra. Terrible experience. 2 hour wait and there was no other customer but me. My kids were very tired and so was I. Staff are nice but VFS is a big failure in terms of processes and systems.

This is my first visit here. What i can say is that these are well managed offices and staff is also cooperative to some extent. As many countries embassies jointly work together with VFS so we can rely on the information provided by them. But one thing i must mention to those travelers who are unaware or do not pay much attention to Travel Insurance as this is essentially important document for visa application and for traveling in another country. Please try to do some research before getting travel Insurance either this is flexible to change of dates or not. Because we experienced problem for Turkish Visa Travel Insurance, we wanted to change the dates but they didnt cooperate at all. For frequent travelers they may get long term like one year travel Insurance from good companies valid worldwide or the countries you want to visit.

My experience is really bad. I will not say about all center, as i was applying for visa where are mentioned 7 countries in same section. First of all there were only 2 staff members who were receiving documents from applicants. From 10 AM already there were 10 people waiting inside. Whiting 1.5 hour it became more than 30 applicants and still 2 staff members. For each one applicants you need spend minimum 15 minutes. When you enter, you ll receive token number and wait in waiting area ( some of the countries required online appointment ), but still it will not change anything as you take token number and wait. When I complained about small numbers of staff and huge amount of applicants, I have been told that due to covid they reduced staff, but in this case you r not following covid rules and definitely not fighting with covid as increasing amount of people inside and staying hours in closed space is only make it worse. As they can see there are some countries with more popular destination , so they should put 1-2 more staff exactly for this destinations. Well i waste 2 hours just to apply the documents ( as I noticed earlier, it was only 10 people before me), so as suggestion if you r planning to submit documents, first come before 9 AM and prepare additional documents which r not even mentioned in the list, as in my situation all what I prepared additional were needed. My daughter had a technical problem while applying to a UK visa via the VFS website. We visited VFS to sort the problem. She went in and came out upset.I liked the fact that one manager was walking around outside the VFS premises. He noticed my concern while I was waiting for my daughter to come out. We spoke, and he, politely, requested an internal manager to come out and solve it. The employee was also very cooperative.We came a few days later to submit the documents, and he was kind enough to approach me again and make sure the all matters were sorted, and that the customer was fully satisfied.
