I had a smooth transactions from online application form completion, appointment booking up until the submission. Took my mother here for her passport renewal and we went in as a walk-in customer. It was a Friday and were already there at 8am. They were kind enough to let her in as she is elderly and the whole process took less than an hour. The passport was ready earlier than promised. Exceptional and hassle free service.

Over all good experience. It wasnt for myself but for my coulegues schengen visa. Easy process and no such complications for the whole process. Just check documents requirements, prepare all docs and reach to VFS for submission and get visa in few days. Appointment is must for submission. Enjoy your Europe trip.

Main entrance one of the security talked so rudely.He dont know how to respect the people.When u gave information to the people u must talk nicely.we went for visa process we rrsvh tasheel around 10:30am and he said 11am u can enter no u go outside only 30 mins we want to wait in near otherwise too much people come we need to wait our turn long times again.When i enter he scold my cousin again for near around outside standing.He is very rude talking and this is not suitable position for communicate with customer.

The worst place on the planet to get a visa, they treat you like you are a begger, extremely difficult to understand anything from them and even worse if you try to call them to ask a question, unfortunately we dont have any other option than dealing with them. Make sure to get all the details they ask for from the 1st time as its very easy for them to tell you come back later and take another appointment which can be 3 months later.

What a nightmare to customer experience, it’s chaotic and depressing. You book an appointment at 12 and then you have to wait 2 hours because they overbooked the system and mixed different country applicants together.

This is for the Turkish Visa Office.DISHONEST and INCOMPETENT staff and managers.I applied and paid in advance for an appointment after I explained that I am a visitor in the UAE to the Turkish consulate who didnt read but the word VISA and referred me to VFS to find that VFS doesnt issue visas to non residents.At the appointment they told me that they will issue me a full refund. Eventually they did not. I called and emailed and even a manager called me back telling me that they will only refund the insurance and they will call me back again to confirm. Guess what they emailed me back saying we dont issue refunds. Bunch of DISHONEST ROBBERS.How do you charge me for no service and for a mistake from the consulate and tell me one day that you will get the refund and next day just saying no?!..

Even though I reached there at 16.30 and walk-in time finishes @16.00. They accepted my application. The whole process was do e very fast. 👍thanx a lot team VFS

There will never be a worse experience than VFS. Website doesnt function. Ive just spent over $500 on a UK visa and cant even book the appointment because VFS site hangs. Governments spend so much on a visa application website and as soon as you get to the VFS portion of the process, its a disaster. Customer help goes in circles making sure that you can never contact anyone to assist. Security is rude. Staff in every department are uninterested, rude, and seem to think theyre doing you a favour (despite paying 100s of dollars for the service). Why tourism boards of countries outsource this is beyond me. It makes you hate wherever youre going before youve even got on the plane.

Service was good, staffs are helpful and friendly.. Waiting time was quite long as reduced number of employees. Mainly was just two agents handling all types of visas among other 3 more staffs surrounding. There is self - kiosk - computer which you can use to fill out the missing form free of charge. You can take photographs or photo copies at the same place if you dont have one(chargeable) .

Terrible appointment system. Paid for lounge and it took more than 1.5 hours to get my turn. Of course no refund for lounge fee nor any apology for the delay. Also they only accept cash. Come on. What is this, the stone ages. 2 stars because once you reach the desk, it’s fine

Extremely crowded, no social distancing, had to wait an hour longer due to poor time management. These kind of services should be changed to online as many others already do, to provide a better service and shorter response time to the tourist or customer.

Efficient service nd organise

Went there for my passport renewal.. fast service..and rude lady security.. i was looking for a washroom, and tryna find it myself..I passed by 2 security (lady and a man) then when I couldnt find it, I asked one lady, she pointed me on the area of the 2 security.. when I reached that area, the lady security just told me with a loud voice saying i was watching you, ive been watching you.. and for me, I was like.. what is her problem.. as if I committed a crime or violate rules.. i was in a hurry so i just didnt mind her. She couldve ask me when I passed them what I was looking for or if not better be quiet.. why she should watch me or telling me such things as if I did something wrong..duh.

Customer service is good but to much queue and I waited for more that two hrs for password renewal

I came across the two most helpful agents! Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the nice lady (from Philippines) but I got the name of the gentleman: Mr. Mokul. I was applying for Greece and everything was smooth. Just make sure you read the document requirements online and when in doubt call or email their helpline (in other words come prepared). Because I arrived without my travel insurance. Just FYI now since covid, there is no option of going to the center and collecting your passport yourself after visa processing. They dont want crowds. Youll need to pay for the courier service. Ask them if they can send the passport through Emirates post (I forgot to ask) maybe that way there will be no fees.

I went in Dubai VFS Global UK yesterday (Aug 19, 2021 Morning) at Wafi Mall and all the staffs are very supportive from the Security Team in the Entrance, the Receptionist, the Cashier Thelina and the guy who conducted the biometrics for me. Smooth.

Terrible. I think thats it. So be fully prepared and then get shockers from them.

Very bad customer experience, maybe the worst i have ever experienced, too hot inside, waiting time is forever, no one cares about the clients there whatsoeverThey have only 1 or 2 employees for like more than 5 countries, each client takes around an hour with the employeesThey dont have a printer or access to email so if they need another copy from a paper that you already have physically or on your email, you need to go downstairs print it for rideculase amount of money and then get back to them and some times they will ask you to take a new token and wait forever againPlease just close and leave it to the countries consulates that would be much easier and more convenient for us

Efficient and all services needed to get overseas visas under one roof. A slight mistake from my side which delayed the process, but able to remedy with a call to HR and a nice 30 minute coffee break inside Wafi mall.

Quite difficult to contact them for appointment. It took 2 weeks to get it. But after that the process was smooth. Got my turkish visa by 1 week.

The value box is AED 30 (as per the advertisement). Ordered take away. And the crew member informed that the total is 44. When I asked only she informed that drinks not included. I asked her to cancel the drink and yet found out extra 3.50 for cheese. Should have inform when I was making the order. Otherwise one of the best fresh pizza hut you get around here

While the work got done and the staff was cooperative, theres room for improvement. E.g. appointment slots must be increased for business travelers as most travels are time bound. Also, if an appointment is cancelled ahead of time, the amount must be returned and not forfeited

Had a very disappointing experience with VFS. Went to apply for my Greece visa, and despite it being the 4the schengen visa I’ve applied for (having visited Europe earlier), the agent first held up the application stating insufficient evidence of insurance despite my application including my worldwide corporate insurance cover which has been used for schengen in the past, and then made us wait for over 3 hours to get the application processed when we eventually agreed that the same corporate insurance will be kept in the application with my cover letter. A real waste of time and effort. For an appointment at 12noon, we finally got the applications submitted and left the place by 4pm.

Very fast process..just have to pay extra for typing my details on the form as I brought one with handwritten infos for my Philippine passport renewal. This should have been added on the instructions online so as not to pay extra AED25 for just typing.

Absolutly second class service. The advisor could not answer the questions we had, could not conform if the information required was correct and was unwilling to communicate. We paid $180 for this sham of a service and would like to make a formal complaint against St the staff

Efficient, professional, friendly. All the hoops you need to go through for a Saudi visa processed in a relatively pleasant environment. The only major issue is to get to Wafi mall in time - miss one exit and be lost in Dubai flyover madness. Fortunately they will not cancel your appointment if you are 20 minutes late.

We all do understand the meaning of security but the one you have at the entrance is really rude giving you the expression that you are entering a jail. There is no need for them to be like that its better to have a smile on their faces we all have problems and work for long periods of time.

I dealt with VFS during Covid-19 pandemic .. inside VFS premises, the VFS agents were very nice and helpful. My problem is with their flawed appointment booking system and their fees which are exagerated. The disaster however is their refund policy. I booked an appointment for visa application. The appointment was cancelled from their side (visa suspension). For me, it was a clear case: they needed to refund the entire fees and quickly. I spent 6 weeks writing emails and justifying myself. Initially they said no refund !! then, after emails back and forth, they refunded only the extra charges (photo, aramex, etc.) which accounted only for 30% !!!! It is really a shame .. in addition, they have a monopoly .. you want a visa, you must go through them !! no other option ..

Its very close to famouse store ,close to Sherlock holms museum just behain ,the only bad thing thear are no elevator to your room😥🙁

I’ve been a frequent visitor to VFS global in wafi mall, my visa process has always gone very smoothly and the staff there are very helpful. They explain and clarify all your doubts with a lot of patience. Even during the Covid times they have been very helpful!!

The security is not aware of all the rules and wasted my time. BUT VFS it self was brilliant and very friendly and helpful. 5*

Do not pay anything extra for the VIP schengen service. Its a scam. They give the same service as a regular but trick you to pay extra. Terrible experience. 2 hour wait and there was no other customer but me. My kids were very tired and so was I. Staff are nice but VFS is a big failure in terms of processes and systems.

This is my first visit here. What i can say is that these are well managed offices and staff is also cooperative to some extent. As many countries embassies jointly work together with VFS so we can rely on the information provided by them. But one thing i must mention to those travelers who are unaware or do not pay much attention to Travel Insurance as this is essentially important document for visa application and for traveling in another country. Please try to do some research before getting travel Insurance either this is flexible to change of dates or not. Because we experienced problem for Turkish Visa Travel Insurance, we wanted to change the dates but they didnt cooperate at all. For frequent travelers they may get long term like one year travel Insurance from good companies valid worldwide or the countries you want to visit.

I recently renewed my passport at VFS Global. I got in 2 weeks. The staff are professional, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend them as they are prompt and they follow the safety protocol.

Parking is confusing. lifts are not child or family friendly. some staff also are not considering families or children. the flow snd speed of how things went are great

I strongly believe embassies should revise the enforced standards provided to such third-party entitis facilitating issuing their visas , as such offices are the interface which encounter the visitor of the country at first step before visiting their countries, and speaking about tourism leads us to speaking about marketing, and that leads to the very centric core of marketing and what we call the customer journey, my customer journey was so was badly terrible, starting but not sending an official confirmation for my appointment via any mean of email or text message, and when arrived 14 days after scheduling the appointment, they claimed my appointment was scheduled for another day earlier, and suggested me to pay more for a VIP service to walk in or schedule another appointment after 14 days!

Very bad service, you get your booking online and you have to wait for almost 2 hours to submit your document. The people working there are very slow and they take rest after every customer literally.For people who want to apply for visas, if you can avoid dealing with VFS then take the other way.

The UK visa application was very easy to apply with the help of the trained staff.

My experience is really bad. I will not say about all center, as i was applying for visa where are mentioned 7 countries in same section. First of all there were only 2 staff members who were receiving documents from applicants. From 10 AM already there were 10 people waiting inside. Whiting 1.5 hour it became more than 30 applicants and still 2 staff members. For each one applicants you need spend minimum 15 minutes. When you enter, you ll receive token number and wait in waiting area ( some of the countries required online appointment ), but still it will not change anything as you take token number and wait. When I complained about small numbers of staff and huge amount of applicants, I have been told that due to covid they reduced staff, but in this case you r not following covid rules and definitely not fighting with covid as increasing amount of people inside and staying hours in closed space is only make it worse. As they can see there are some countries with more popular destination , so they should put 1-2 more staff exactly for this destinations. Well i waste 2 hours just to apply the documents ( as I noticed earlier, it was only 10 people before me), so as suggestion if you r planning to submit documents, first come before 9 AM and prepare additional documents which r not even mentioned in the list, as in my situation all what I prepared additional were needed. My daughter had a technical problem while applying to a UK visa via the VFS website. We visited VFS to sort the problem. She went in and came out upset.I liked the fact that one manager was walking around outside the VFS premises. He noticed my concern while I was waiting for my daughter to come out. We spoke, and he, politely, requested an internal manager to come out and solve it. The employee was also very cooperative.We came a few days later to submit the documents, and he was kind enough to approach me again and make sure the all matters were sorted, and that the customer was fully satisfied.

I was not happy at all. I applied for a visa and my papers are complete with travel insurance but the lady (filipina) asked me to take another travel insurance from them. She told that my insurance will not accept by the embassy but i told to her my travel insurance was the same insurance as my friend who applied last week with them. I asked her if this is new? But she told to me that its been a long time already🤔
