No Justice, Just waste of money and time. They always give favor to landlord. Different employees have different information. Always ask you to go typing center, pay their fees and government fees and in the end you will loose your all money.After my tenancy contract ended, I over stayed 80 days only due to covid lock down in April and May 2020 but honorable Judge gave decision to pay 3 months more so Total 6 months I have to pay now.Moreover, I submitted key in land department after 80 days, show them final bill but all useless. u2028u2028furthermore, Honorable judge did video call and gave me only 5 second to explain everything.Better to save your money and don’t waste it in typing center & Rental dispute fees.I do humble request to top management to take strict action and do their best to help out Tenants.

Worst experience, Covid had created problems for everyone, but judgment did not help, after judgment came, landlord did not take the keys back, in order to make additional rent, respected judge did not help to ask the landlord to follow his final decision, I thought the law is powerful but only for weak and needy, they are supporting landlords openly. No clarity in laws, so many flaws are there, no justice for miskeen/weak people. A person is already running out of money and going through stress but they dont care and always ask to pay after every step. Im hopeful from the leadership of this organization to look into it and try to adapt change to have a win win situation.

Horrible experience Im facing, waiting answer long long time. Judge is not professional dont care about cases dont even ask, they are all robots. I dont know for to complain need to go higher place like Primer Ministry. Its disaster service. Reception guy he doesnt have manner to talk. Security giving email if you arabic if you are different national saying online. When my friend arabic came with me to RDC and ask Email adress he gave front of me directly. Horrible I hope you guys never experience with RDC. There not Justice ⚖️.

No justice what so ever. They will always be on the landlord side because of their corruption. Even when the company is LLC they will by pass the Dubai courts law and hold managers responsible. God forbid anyone reaches this place for any reason.

Sometimes slow, sometimes fast and accurate service. Some of the people are really making customer services well.

Went to RDC to file complain against my Landlord for not returning my cheque and deposit , they directed me to Takhlees , where reception send me to lawyer, Lawyer send me to typist and typist informed that i have to pay AED800 for typing, 2000 for lawyer fee , 1800 for case registration all in all around 5000 to claim back my 3000 deposit , tried lodging complain online for days but cant get through , We need more robust and Tennent friendly setup for rental disputes , what should a poor tenant do if the owner doesnt honor the contract and Harresses you for asking back your own hard-earned money

Extremely bad service - unprofessional - they only talk and don’t execute - long waiting hours and with no outcome.

Zero chance for tenant to explain his problem only they give 100% chance to Landlord , So please dont waste your time and Money in the end you will be loss

Completely no need for this service to exist. Waste of money. Every time I need they help they redirect me to the typing center . And I don’t want to pay to an external provider money for a simple case. I wish we didn’t need them . I am fighting my case in my own Instead

Solving rental disputes, should be a more affordable tool for all those Tenants who like me, are victims of the abuse of Real Estate Companies/Landlords who want to appropriate in a shameless way the security deposit at the end of the contract.They are used to do so because they have clear people will avoid to do all this and pay all these high fees even if its for getting their right.Im being victim of an abuse form the Real Estate company regarding the Inspection Report and they are taking all my SD and even adding more, after delivered the flat and when going to see I had to pay more money than Ill get back (my right, my money, product of my work, almost 2 months of school for my son), I just started to think if it was worthy to fight my right.

What’s the benefit of RERA calculator if the landlord can claim that he wants to sell the house/apartment and evacuate you after 12 months despite the contract expiry.When I asked RDC how can I be sure of the landlord’s intention to sell, they said watch the apartment, ask your ex-neighbors if the apartment got sold or rented!

Disrespectful, no interest in solving your case and different information are being given by different employees in Takhlees (their office handling Rental Disputes issues).In my case I am sure the landlord that I rented the apt from was feeling extremely peaceful when I told him that I am going to open a case in RERA to solve our diapute, as probably he knows that I will reach nothing!

A centre where real estate grievances gets listened... May Allah bless n save them for thier transperancy and wise decisions !!

I really appreciate the work of RDC team and their work and great thanks to Takhlees Repection for explaing each and every point properly.The RDC or the Rental Dispute Center was established as the judicial wing of the Dubai Land Department to deal with the rental disputes and conciliation procedures in order to endure economic and social stability along with supporting the sustainable growth of the Emirate. It is an online system where all the rental dispute procedures take place; everything is automated through the RDC.

I see that he rises to 7 stars, and everyone cooperates with everyone without exception, and if you have the right and your papers are in order, then you are good.He suggested recording events and issues to teach them to future generations, because it is a model department, and they should benefit from their experience in all cases.Some cases in other countries take years to adjudicate. In this circuit, cases take less time.Thanks to all of you and I hope everyone will participate in the evaluation of this department.
