The food were good. Portion wise is perfect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Had a great time there.

Food is good as usual, i went inside the restaurant , no body has greeted me plus it took a while to approach my table. the service is getting worse and worse especially in this branch,untrained waitress, doesnt know anything on the Menu.Needs to work on the staff training big time.

Staff is super friendly as usual but what happened to the size of sandwiches? Its 2 times slimmer than it used to be. Literally like half stuffed.... and this is kbeer.Unfortunately typical story: start good, hook customers, reduce portions and quality for same price. Nah.

I have to say that Malak Al Tawouk became a big disappointment as the time passed. I orderd the XL tawouk without fries, ketchup in brown bread and I was completly disspaoinyed to see the size of the pieces of tawouk has decreased dramatically so I basiclly had some brown bread with garlic paste and coleslaw.With big regret but in this rhythm the restaurant will end up losing lots of customers.Way better restaurants delivering way better tawouk wraps in town... Just saying

I waited 40 minutes for the sandwich because they just ignored the order.Everytime i asked the lady she said its coming but every people who ordered after all got their meal.This was a joke. As much i as enjoy the food it was the worst experience.

Amazing quality and excellent service and friendly team and especially the manager Rawad , there is attention to details and he was also specific to give me the exact weights of the orders when he knew that I am working out and on diet , keep it up !!!

This was our first ever visit to Malak Al Tawouk although they are located at Hessa and business Bay. I am a big fan of Lebanese cuisine but this franchise from Lebanon is just another level.They provide quality tasty food in the most reasonable prices. The most important thing in this time of Covid they have created glass compartments for diners to maintain social distance.Their seesh Tawouk wrap and platter is a must try and their burger is just too good.This place is definitely being added to our list for future and we highly recommend you to try this place out.

Good taste for the Tawouk ,I didnt taste any speciality ,But taste of Tawouk is good ,I have order Tawouk arabi the normal size and it can be enough for one adult ,Prices is affordable ,It toke 7 mins to take my order and 5 mins to get it ready ,They are very fast in preparing the food ,Very hygienic place ,Outdoor area is available

I dont know what happened to them! The quality was super amazing when they opened but now its very bad. The chicken cubes are smelly, dry, and sometimes not cooked well. The sandwiches are almost empty all you can see is lettuce and mayonnaise with very little filling. The items taste completely different than when they first opened. The menu has changed and some good offers are not there anymore. The bread is not always fresh. Never again.

Restaurant owner and manager reached out to me, made things right very quickly which says a lot about how much they care about the customer satisfaction and business. The food was never an issue and always tastes amazing !

This place is run like a well oiled machine. Everything is always perfect, the tawouk is always the same (very good) fries are awesome as well. Highly reccomed the wings too.

Delicious cheese tawouk sandwich with extra coleslaw and red pepper sauce. Yum . This is amongst many other delicious dishes. Try the liver sandwich as well.

Well .... The food was OK but .... Its really overpriced and the pictures in the menu are not at all like what you actually get.I mean we are all used to this kind of false advertising and Photoshop work but it was disappointing to say the least.

I ordered through talabat and honestly not the greatest Tawook I’ve tasted. I’m not sure if it was better before though.

I would have to suggest adding 1 vegan option to your menu as it was very inconvenient for our group who is divided into (vegan and meat-eaters) to join the placeHalf of us wanted to try something that you have and the other half didnt know what to do!+ life is evolving fast specifically in Dubai towards veganism, you would want to cope by then.

The food is amazing and one of the best Tawok I’ve tried in Dubai. I hope they continue to look after their quality.Also their call center agent Mohamed is so polite and patient. I’ll definitely continue to order through them.

Very clean and convenient, as well as really good tasting food. Their have taken really good precautions for the COVID-19 since in the restaurant, they have implemented glass walls between each table to maintain social distancing, and upon delivery the driver sanitizes his hands, wears a new pair of gloves then puts the food on a small table in order for you to pick it up. Totally recommended.

The boneless wings were excellent though the bbq sauce was a bit indulgent but tasty as hell. The wraps are very good as well . Only downer was true air conditioning was not cool enough :(

Shame for Malak al Tawouk for the worst ever delivery , such a good name and great reputation in. Lebanon you ruining it in Dubai . Whenever I make order they say 45minutes and food arrive after 1:45 hour and freezing cold and I’m just 7 minutes away .amazing food but shame for the poor service !!!!!Calling the call center to complain amd ask to speak to manager they say manager will call you backPlaced my order at 8pm food arrived at 10pm freezing cold as usual and driver took 9 minutes to get to me .he said food was sitting in the kitchen4 times called and been told manager will call you back and never heard from anyoneWELL DONE GUYS !!!!Worst ever Customer service and managementSince the incident happened been promised the manager will call me and haven’t heard from anyone

Pleasantly surprised with efficient service and quality food! Staff has greeted us with smile, offered menu and seated us according to covid guidelines (which is very important nowadays).
