Same great taste. I’m a big fan of their signature Automatic Falafel sandwich. Do try it!! Crispy, crunchy and great flavour.Also, tried their custard which was good.Good customer service.Recommended!

Good grilled meat as expected from Automatic. Arayes is my favorite. Shawarmas good too (nice and toasted). Ask them for bread with your order because they give free hummus

Ordered food for delivery at 3:26 pm. Received it at 4:46 pm.. what a disaster. Also, portion of the food is ridiculous. I paid 72aed for this service?? This is absolutely not worth it.As one of the established restaurants here, I expected more from automatic. I hope that future orders will never be like this. I am so disappointed.

Came here to uptown branch on Friday at 3 pm after finding out the branch at MCC shut down as I love lamb shawarma. Ordered two lamb shawarmas, fries, and diet 7 up. Was very disappointed by meat quality as it tasted like it was leftover from previous day and simply reheated for the weekend clientele . It was obvious as looking at the meat I could see a dark colored crusty texture and slightly warm on the outside and cold on the inside. To make things worse, food was handed over to me on a platter that had a spider roaming around it. Good luck for restaurant addressing but I don’t think I’ll come back soon. Experience completely ruined, best to address ASAP as clients will not tolerate especially that quality is obviously bad.
