This outlet is overpriced AF!Been a jafferjees customer for years after I received a wallet as a present and was blowm away by the quality, Durability and practicality of the design. Ive been ordering online and from their shops for years and the business is my go-to for presents.This one in Dubai however is charging 4x the price listed online. Needed to buy a Christmas present in a hurry and when I pointed out the price desparity to the salesman he said then go buy it online.:/Never coming back to this one unless Im in the mood for getting ripped off

You are just another person who spends thousands on their products to buy and it does not matter for them because they have many loyal customers but due to nice leather not because of the nice service.I have my order placed on 11th Aug online and till now all i got is hundred of e mails and blames on courier company.They did not even try to offer any kind of service recovery and in facd they want me to thank them for following up for my order.Today its 15 days that i have no idea about my order. But believe me it does not matter to them cuz they have many other who will buy their product. I am buying product from last 6 years and 1st time ever i am getting this treatment which truely shows they have no more same customer service team and they have to think about some changes.I am requesting to keep order back and return my money they are not even replying on that.I have no idea who will listen me from jafferjees
