My experience with this firm is they are unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious lawyers. I would not recommend to anyone. A senior partner from the firm told me as a paying customer “i will not entertain any more discussions” via WhatsApp message.Prior to any initial meeting, I had made an enquiry online detailing the situation, to which I had a call back to clarify details following which the case was accepted. We had an initial meeting, I explained the full situation of the case again in person, specifically a lady called Bassant. Once I made payment communication with the team became extremely difficult and actions that we had agreed weren’t being followed up, they came up with a host of reasons as to why they were not able to fulfil promises they made, of one was not REALISING the case was actually in Abu Dhabi, despite us discussing this in depth over the phone and in person and agreeing to take it on despite the location. On attempt to make contact to get more information they pass you around to different people to speak too, with no definitive answer. This had a serious impact on my mental health further impacted by the preparation and concerns of the court date arising.As a result of the delays bad customer service and several miscommunications, I had to spend more money in consulting with alternative lawyers. After I confirmed change in lawyers, Hamdans communication suddenly changed, the lawyers directly called me after being impossible to contact, and insisted on representing us despite me communicating we had changed and the reason being they did not provide the service as promise. For example, when the case was initially taken on the Hamadan lawyers stated they need a case file which they will get within a few days, however this process kept being delayed, I was then told they couldn’t retrieve the case file until the day of the court. However as soon as I emailed confirming change of lawyers the case file suddenly appeared and they were able to send it to me.Once I decided I had enough and wanted to pursue a refund for the incomplete service that I had received, not only did the senior partner refuse my refund but text me “ i will not entertain any more discussions”These people are not professionals. They will take your money and provide you little to no service. They are experts in money grabbing and making false promises, are quick to take your payment and offer poor quality deceitful service. DEFINITELY AVOID!! (If i could give 0 stars I would)

In 2018, I left my former employment. The employer immediately took action against me and wrongly obtained a judgment for AED 1.3M in the DIFC Courts. My company, Vegie Bar LLC, has a case against a large commercial bank in Dubai. It is a very difficult claim involving complex areas of law. Roger has twice been to the Court of Appeal and has succeeded in getting substantial information to support the claim. Against our expectations, we then lost in the Court of First Instance. However, Roger immediately swung into action and obtained leave to appeal and a stay of any further action until the appeal.
