Its was an awesome experience and i highly recommended to visit this place if you love those fighting games and spl when you get the feel of carrying a machine gun which gives you a feel of real one but this one is laser operated, now technology has taken forward on these games is really astonishing. You can bring in your family and friends build a group and enjoy the game.

We faced couple of inconvenient points: the vests and head bands smelled funny (maybe due to sweat). They entered amateur players (most of us were here for the first time) with experts who came many times (it all shows in their profiles) and they ended up killing us every almost 30 seconds and we had to revive ourselves way too many times. Players were stationed in close spots from our base which made us not enjoy the game .. the idea is good and execution is great .. but those minor points are effecting the general experience and need to be looked into again

Cool fun.. You dont need a group for this because once there they would team you up.. Worth trying and it is definitely a fun activity to do. Although I was doing it for the first time and for the first session I was completely baffled as to what was going on but then you get the hang of it and start to have fun! My worst experience for birthday party. Not recommended for Asian like me. Staff is not attentive we arrive with our party decorations and stand inside. I have to ask staff in reception for attention where is our room for party and send us to wrong room. White Woman came and point fingers on me and throw me out the room with my daughter and her friends watching me getting embarrassed. Manager came to telling me that this is not a fighting arena not knowing what really happened inside the room. I walk out the room quietly not even a word to this person. Worst experience ever. Very disappointed. Not worthy for the money I pay.

Worst place ever to celebrate a birthday party, although the game inside is great but all the rest is just a Shame.No private area or welcoming area for the celebrant and the guests, all the kids were waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes before they started the game at the end they gave us the celebration room just 5 minutes before the kids arrive.It was just impossible to make a nice set up, decoration and on the top of all the room was super dark with 5 burned lights, dirty with a very bad smell, leftovers cakes on the tables, they forgot one kid meal…It was really just eat and go in 30 minutes!If your plan it’s to organize a birthday party don’t go there!

I went today with 4 friends and we had such a good time! The staff was all friendly since the beginning, and they explained how everything works nicely.All measures due to covid are being taken and the environment is super cool! You really feel in a game! Loved it and would recommend for more people for sure!

Had loads of fun. The guide was patient and provided clear instructions.The place is well maintained, and has ample parking space nearby.Good place for large groups. The waiting area has arcade games and table tennis.Be sure to wear something comfortable.

Once the coolest place to go, now it’s all old broken,equipment. Also I’m pretty sure they are not sanitizing the vests between games.

Terrible customer service. Had a very bad experience which unfortunately failed to be resolved by management. No efforts were put into resolving our issue (as a group) and management refused to take time off their working hours to resolve the issue which was quite disappointing considering the fact that we were regular customers of at least 30 people who went once a week for the past couple of months.A few Issues that we faced.1-delay in game time( due to technical issues) which is not compensated for.2- very bad smelling/moist and unsanitary clothing that is provided for the game.3- inconsistency of introduction/rules/help from the staff.4- unfair gaming rules that favor the opposing team quite often.5- no transparency when there are technical issues.6- no verbal warnings when players cheat, despite the staff constantly watching over and surveilling through cameras as well as a gaming controller in the background.7- lack of management’s care/concern to resolve these issues even after mentioning that our group will no longer come to X-strike, which is shocking for management to not go out of their way to attend to these issues and keep their loyal customers!All-in-all, more disappointing and upsetting than frustrating. I hope they resolve these issues for other future customers and get their priorities in check (specifically higher management).

4/526th April 2021Came here with 30 people. I loved the experience, would definitely come back again. The usher for my team was good, but unfortunately my friends who were in the other team did not have a good one it seems as they didnt know how to operate their game for their first game.The area is fun, we played the havoc city. Big place, lots of moving around and the experience is quite extraordinary.Would come back again!

Bad experience. I made a booking online after calling them and confirming my booking, I arrived on time, they made me wait 20 minutes only to tell me there aren’t enough players for the game and I need to wait for the next session which is in an hour. I told them I came all the way from Sharjah and have other plans and I can’t attend the next session. They said there’s nothing they can do for me…. I asked for a refund but the employee said they don’t do refunds.I went back and forth with them and they expressed how this is not their fault, instead, it is mine for not being able to attend the next session hence, they can’t give me a refund (how does this even make sense??????!!) he offered to postpone my booking to a different day which I had zero interest in after experiencing their poor service.After having a long argument with one of the employees, he finally agreed on giving me a refund, said it’ll take up to 3 weeks. I only got my money back almost 5 weeks later….

Was curious about the place so we checked it out. My best Adrenalin rush experience so far! Game was fun and thrilling plus instant workout on top of that so Make sure to bring extra shirt with you. Extra kudos to this place as the Staff were accommodating and polite. They got few arcade games available too should you wish to hang out longer.

Absolutely horrible experience due to the treatment I have received from the staff working here. Please do not visit here under any circumstances. I visited here and got treated horribly. Let me explain. I was under the attacking team and I went to their spawn and shot the players there, then the staff took me and my friends guns, told us to stand there, took the other players guns and continuously shot us, making our team lose. That staffs teammates did the EXACT SAME THING PREVIOUSLY TO US, and nothing happened to them. Absolutely unacceptable treatment from staff, and I will definitely not be visiting this place again. In addition, each games are 5 min long not even giving time for a proper game. Through the whole process I felt worthless, the staff is rude and treats with incredible disrespect. THIS PLACE IS ALSO PAY TO WIN. The arcade section is also broken, with 90% of the games not working, and all my credits were wasted as you pay for the game, but the game never works. Never have I had a worse experience in any place in my life. They completely ruined my day.

The best group activity in Dubai. I have been to another laser tag in the past and this is a next level thing. From the weapons to the decoration, it is very realistic and fun! They have several precautions against COVID so I felt very safe while playing.Last but not least it’s also very physical and you definitely burn lots of calories without even noticing it.

The visit was honestly a blast. Admittedly, it did feel a bit messy at first. Our session was half an hour late due to some technical issues, and we had trouble understanding everything, but that could be attributed to us being first-timers.The staff were fantastic, and were very helpful and understanding. They gave detailed advice and answered all of our questions, no matter how stupid or silly the questions were.The actual experience, as rough and unbalanced as it was, was an absolute blast. The map was huge, and the varied gamemodes kept it fun and unique. Youll get a few people shooting you within seconds of leaving your base, but eventually you get used to it and learn to avoid gunfire.Figuring out the guns and reload process was a very difficult process, so dont be afraid to ask for help if youre having trouble (just open the magazine up and find and press the button several times to recharge it). The guns were a bit heavy, but they gave us the option to switch to a much lighter shotgun, which solved the problem of the gear being too heavy for the kids.Overall, the experience was great. Great price, great staff, great gameplay, great variety, and a pretty great adrenaline rush. Personally would definitely recommend Xstrike to both residents and tourists looking for that classic Laser Tag experience.

If you different activity for you and your friends or family this place offers great experienceFirst of all the place from the moment you enter the place you will find it designed like a battle field and everything taking the military theme even the people there dressing like soldiers and using walki talki to give each other orders you will feel like you in a military base and you are going to be a soldier first step you take card from them then you go for one of the registration machines there and you will enter you details so they will send all of you data and score to your email as well as you will see your score real time on leaderboards here at all times then after that you will go to the reception to pay your ticket i paid or two with upgrade for my gunI added sniper lens to catch more targets 195 AEDThen after that you will wait for your turn and go to the dressing room to take your vest and gun and the head sensor band and put your stuff in locker then you go inside to your base to take your briefing then receive you mag ready to use then you will adjust the mood of your gun to automatic then you enjoy more than battle there with different themes every time you got killed you need to go back to the base to revive and if your gun emptied you need to take the mag out and reload it then continue playing the time for the game 90 minutesAnd no need to come with a big group because you play with other people so whatever your group count just goBut i have few comments to make the experience really nice they need to make the two teams can easily identifiable in the battle field because it was really hard to know who is in my team and who doesn’t so many times I tried to shoot one of my team and they need to allow the running and hiding because it’s not logic to fight and you are walking into the field or coming to the battle field without using any hiding place because you can not run or hide you will be killed so easily and forced to go to the base to revive and that will take the fun away so i hope they will listen to our comments and make the battle great as it supposed to beOverall it was nice experience and really fun you should try it guys

A fabulous indoor action-packed destination located in Al Quoz, Dubai. The game includes laser tagging system along with live combat. It was a great experience. Beginning from the entry till the end of game, all safety precautions were taken care of. The players are divided in 2 teams and there are 6 different levels! The experience involved your mind, physical activity and so much fun! Open for all ages, it’s definitely worth trying if you’re in the vicinty!

I cant begin to express my pure disappointment in this place. I have been actively going to Xstrike since mid December / Early January and quickly became a huge fan of the place. However, I was extremely wrong.The management doesnt care about their customers at all. I have tried many times to meet with them to provide our feedback so that things can improve, but they have not been accommodating. I was even told that the management never meets with customers. Now what successful business runs this way? none.Me and a group of people became loyal customers, and would book out private sessions every single week. We would give our feedback to the team of the things that went wrong. and guess what? Nothing was ever done about it. After months of being patient, I have had enough and will never be going there again.Please dont waste your money as I have.Let me list out just a few of the things that I have mentioned to the team for months:1. the check in procedure takes way too long and you will end up just waiting for at least 30-45 minutes just to sign in and pay. huge lines start to form as well2. their technology keeps disconnecting, slowing down games and you end up playing far less than what you paid for3. the suits are completely worn out, they smell and are always wet. when another groups session ends, they basically make us wear the exact same suit after just spraying something on it to be covid friendly4. Some of the staff members are new and cant help with anything. Also some were really unfriendly at timesAnyways, I personally wont be going back there.

If you are in to gaming , this is an experience one can not miss. I only visited towards the end of my Dubai trip but have been thinking about it ever since. Tbh I did not enjoy fast roller coasters at other theme parks as much as I enjoyed the high intensity battles at xstrike. Well done to the team who have brought this amazing concept to life.

Ive been to many laser tags around the world and none of them use the same type of realistic rifle as xstrike.The actual weight of the gun is a unique experience itself and really adds to the overall feel and vibe of the game.The area is huge and there is lots of running so prepare yourself!

X-strike was one of the most exhilarating and exciting experiences we had in Dubai. To begin with, the customer service was outstanding as they had us sorted and ready to play within a few minutes. The staff were incredibly cooperating and obliging, helping people including ourselves to get our gear on. 89 AED for the 90 minutes’ combat session is definitely worth the price. However, it is important to note that COVID protocols were not followed, as everyone was standing in close proximity to each other at base camp, and the staff were ignorant of this (even though there was sufficient space for all team members to spread out). The only improvement I can provide is that the staff needs to take care of campers, as during our game the opposite team were noted of camping in front of our spawn camp making it extremely difficult to make it out “alive” out of our spawn camp, this did take away a little bit from the fun experience.

A completely mismanaged place. I hosted my kids birthday party there and it was quite a stressful experience. The coffees took ages to be prepared and served. They were always out of gaming coins and kids just kept waiting to play. And in the end , I was charged more and have not been given any bill to justify the charges!!

Had a great time booking for a group of 11 friends. One request for improvement, you really need to supply water to the guests when they are inside the area. It is quite strenuous physical activity and you are in the arena for over an hour. At least suggest that the people bring a water bottle to keep in their home base. Or have a water machine with paper cups or have some small supply of water bottles. We were really thirsty, overheated, and feeling faint by the end of the game.

Great place. Best part is they admit kids as well. So even families can enjoy. Very well organised and neat.

Xstrike is a great place packed with adventure and adrenaline. To begin the procedures in regards to Covid 19 are all present. You wear a head piece, masks are worn at all times and sanitizers are provided. Once the game begins, there are multiple levels of fun. Which is exciting with either a small group or a big. At least 4 people is ideal so you can play 2v2. However they’re still so flexible that they include staff in the teams if you are less. Overall it’s soo soo fun and the experience is amazing. Its nothing like the usual laser tag and more like combat. Even if you’re not too good the staff there are so motivating and help you stay involved. The map is build so realisticly with 2 levels, cars and other amazing props. It’s a must try for all.

Lasertag in general is very nice and with its presence in Dubai is even better, sadly when it comes to service design I rate this place below zero, this review is not only to help people but also assisting companies like trip advisor, groupon and entertainer, etc.)Calling the contact number on this page is no use as no one will answer so in order to enquire about the availability of the sessions I’m forced on purchasing online and driving till there, then I’m told no one is there and given vouchers instead of refunds as the option is not available and sadly the website does not support the vouchers so there is no use, as I used to be a regular customer the in-game experience in weapons aimsight got smaller that I am forced this time to buy extra charged scopes.I do not wish to receive an apology but people deserve a better experience and the staff deserve appreciation.Thank you

On the positive side, this is without a doubt one of the best, if not THE best, laser tag in Dubai.You go into a 2 floor area that can fit up to 40 players in 2 teams. You get automatically put in 1 team, you can’t choose. Anyone can go anytime, you don’t have to gather a big group of friends.On the negative side, they put 2 very good players in each team, they seem to be living there, they killed each of us multiple times, they weren’t playing in the team plan, were just hiding and killing opponent players from very good spots. Needless to say, they ruined the game for the rest of us who are there for the first time.If you go there, try to ask the management to not allow Koor, Anood, Danny, and Mk89 to play in your game. These 4 are the top of all time players, they will kill you multiple times before you even start. They killed the joy of the experience.If it wasn’t for them, I would’ve given an easy 5 star.

I cannot get over what an amazing time we had here! It’s literally a hidden gem in Dubai! First of all, the staff were so nice (Mohamed was super helpful throughout the whole Experience!). The venue was so cool and ultra realistic! The Health and safety measures are on point, making sure they sanitize all equipment before use.We’re already organizing to go back with a big group and can’t wait!!

What can I say about this place? Well, let me start by saying that it is such a smart and fun concept. Real life battle simulation. The positives outweigh the negatives for sure but here are the negatives for all you first timers to know:1. make sure youre a nice big group so you can play alone. When youre less than 10, you usually get matched with some freelancers (usually pros) and that is not fun. They are there to win and will usually ruin the fun for those that are there to enjoy the experience.2. since the pandemic, they have stopped using the CO2 canisters which made the guns recoil (that was the most fun part about this). If they do bring those back, I think it makes the experience at least 10 times better.3. make sure you bring in some change of clothes. No one told us the first time and you cannot leave this place looking like a sweat ball.4. make sure you get what you paid for. I have paid for a scope on my riffle a few times and did not get one (stating that they ran out of them). And do not waste your time on the extras (grenades and hand guns are absolutely pointless).This sure looks like a negative post, but believe me I have nothing but love for this place hence the 4 stars. A little focus on those minor details will take this place a long way.

Service was great, they sanitize all the equipment very well and there are some arcade games as well upstairs where you can spend sometime while waiting for the game to start. Ah man where do I start..... Its one of the best experience you can have and you are definitely going to come back. This is closest to Call of duty you can ever come across. The staff is super cool and great. The marshalls are some of the friendliest people I met. All in all a very good hospitality by the xstrike. It cant get better than them.😊

Honestly the experience was good but Im rating 2 stars for the below reasons.* the coach put me out of the game for 2 minutes because I break one of the game rules, that was supposed to be described in a video they tried to present at the beginning of the game but they couldnt because of technical issues. (how fair)*some items used in the game are out of stock.

Best fun weve had. Running around as if were in a real life Call of Duty game was great. Only snag was : We booked for a big group early in the morning, hoping no strangers would join, but they still did. These guys were experts and were pretty novice, so this killed the dynamic. Otherwise, awesome.

Love it! Great workout and a lot of fun. There are two maps which you can play. First map has max 40 players and second 30 players. Costs 89 dhs. Staff are extremely friendly and definitely makes the entire experience more enjoyable. Make sure to bring dry clothes to change for afterwards. Lockers arw provided free of charge 😊

Excellent place to have both fun game and exciting workout simultaneously. Quite big arena, we went there group of 48 people. Staff is very friendly and polite. Only drawback, the guns gets unresponsive even after removing it from the safe mode to fire mode. Thus, without sound it takes the joy out of the game big time and shooter doesn’t know if he is actually shooting. If you are planning to visit get ready to sweat and burn some calories big time.

Very nice place to play with your friend or family and enjoy your time, my first time was very good experience because they checked us in very quick, the game start quickly and we only had to wait less than 5 minutes. 1 problem i saw was when one of the player on the other team took off his vest thing and rushed to our base and killed us all over and over again and i hope that will not be a problem in the future.

I visited XStrike for ladies night with my friends and we had a great time! The games offers so much fun and the stuff is really friendly and customer oriented which makes the whole experience just amazing.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Honestly Im such a HUGE fan of PUBG and this was like the real deal. Sure, it was a little hard at first but after the second round, we all got the hang of it and it was SO FUN! 10/10 would recommend and the staff is so incredibly sweet and helpful. Dont hesitate to go! The field is also really big and the missions are so fun AND its so affordable too!

Walked in after taking the kids over to woohoo across from XStrike. We were given a detailed tour by Seshan who did a fabulous job introducing us to the unique experience and got us extremely excited to try it out. Seems like lots of fun for the kids and the big ones alike. Great setup and life-like gear. Will be rounding up the troops and visiting very soon.

Poorly managed . Don’t pick up the phone. Allow higher ranked players to ‘rank up’ by playing with newbies . Badly marshaled inside and mediocre experience overall.

Worst experience I have had in Dubai. We started over 1 hour late and it was very disorganised.We spent most of the time standing around waiting for the next game. People were cheating and putting on their vest inside out.Would not recommend anyone to go. Save your time and money.

One fo the best experiences I had in Dubai!I had so much fun ! It was a ladies night at Xstrike and all the team, staff members and even the security behind the cameras were ladies which was very thoughtful 👍🏻😊 great place for a time to spend with your friend group!

I booked 7 tickets to go with my friends and play in the same team but the staff said the teams are allocated randomly and 2 of us were in a different team.

Very bad experience. Especially the manager Reda that is very rude, offered no explanation and was basically spitting in our face with excuses and no courtesy whatsoever We arrived as e-mail said 7:30 is the start, even tough we booked for 8:15. Upon arrival we were told we are too early and we should come back at 8.(even tough the email said specifically ARRIVE 7:30) when we came back at 8, the girl came to us to say we need to register, which we have done on the kiosks - and unfortunately none of the touch screens were sanitized. She just continued to bring people to do the registration without even once sanitizing it. It is supposed to be a safe environment for kids, families and all the people????!!!!Further, when we finished the registration she said we have to wait till 8:40?! Are you kidding me? Manager came up with some excuses, blamed the 7:30 on marketing, and didn’t do anything to assist us. Real shame, will never come back.

We had so much fun and can’t wait to go back!!But… please service / fix your gear.Due to technical issues we were over an hour delayed (sitting around inside the game waiting). I understand problems happen but it was one after the other for us.Some vests only had one or two sensors left on them and 10% of players didn’t have working headbands (flashing red on the display) - this made it much harder to shoot them, and much easier for them to shoot you.The marshals also identified some vests/guns that weren’t working whatsoever (they tested them halfway through the game and then replaced/fixed).I really felt for the players that suffered most due to the technical issues on both teams.We still had heaps of fun and will go back but please replace the broken sensors on the vests and have a better policy for disconnected headsets (maybe set the guns not to shoot when the headset is disconnected or similar?)Otherwise, the experience is fantastic - this is a very immersive yet fun combat simulation and years ahead of “laser tag”![I will update my review after our next visit]

The live version of PUBG!If you want to have your own private session you’ll have to be a group of 30 person. If not, you can join other people and they put you into two different groups randomly. You are required to finish number missions, each mission lasts 3-5 mins, and each has a different goal. Had so much fun that day! I joined a group of strangers but we worked well together to achieve the goals.
