I would say cheaters, liars, irresponsible, not respectful at all, dont ever waste your time going there youll turn around for 24 hours for small test of 1 hour with no benefit.Even their behaviour is just finding excuses, not able to pay except by cash for x reasons, then test not ready for x reason, then they are not able to send us mail for x reason.Just close this place youre cheating people who dont have time to waste

The worst laboratory I dealt with in my life , they don’t respect deadlines, the reception staff is useless and she have no information to support withI waited a long time just for finishing the paiement , and waitning one time again to do the blood test ( I was the only client there )😡😡 I will never come back thereI don’t recommend

Receptionist bad behavior

Regarding the service level , u dont know how to give accurate time , before letting my wife to do her test I ask when I Will get the results and the lady told me within 1 hour and till now didnt get the results and when I called them she told me within the day !!!!!
