Each and every brand there is an category leader, and the customer service is warm, welcoming but never overbearing. This is definitely a store I always enjoy walking into, even if it’s just to browse.

Tavola are usually very good, but their online shopping is appalling, no answer from any phone number, no replies to 15 emails i have sent to the customer service email address. Even in this difficult time every other company i have used is able to deliver and respond even with a bit of a delay. Not good at all!

Terrible online shop experience - ordered a few items on April 10th. Following customer service email confirmed it to be delivered in 3-5 days. till today: nothing.Hotline disconnected since days (power outage?!?!) and no answers to customer support emails.I acknowledge it’s tough times- and I accept delays - but at least share information with your (long lasting) customers.
