They are well respected nursery, I decided to enroll my son there after a quite tours in the area and i found out they are the best, i do recommend you to give them a visit and enroll your children with them

My child comes back happy which is great, but I sense its too focused on financial ( who isnt) and little concern about children, and no consideration for parents situation at all. Major communication issues, as I cannot reach the teacher except through the reception who is rarely available to take the calls! Fees scheme versus timing schedule is unfair and they say it ‘ yes its unfair in Ramadan for parents who pay till 5:30pm’ cuz also kids registered till 3 pm will be picked up same time in Ramadan. Also teacher’s training days are given as a day off for kids, which may not be convenient for working parents, in addition to last day of term ending at noon ( while we are paying till 5:30!)

Our little ones love it at EBN. Our first was there for a short time due to COVID-19 but loved his teachers and the activities they had to offer while there.Our second started just this January, 2021. Every day, she comes home very happy, singing and looks forward to going back each day. Her teacher sends us pictures of her interactions in class with a little summary of the activities.Before COVID-19, it was easy to feel like family there, getting to know teachers and staff, I am really impressed with the facilities. Its of course more restricted now but we look forward to whenever things get back to the new normal.During the lockdown, there was some breakdown in communication with the teacher. But the admin staff did their best to resolve any issues we had. Understandably some confusion must be expected as the whole world was taken by surprise by this pandemic.I appreciated that management gave us time to decide how we wanted to proceed regarding fees paid and attendance as the economy reopened some months ago. They gave us options that best suited our needs and adjusted accordingly.

I would really recommend EBN - Motor City, my daughter spent 3 semesters and we are feeling the difference and development day by day... Miss Dany (tiger class Teacher) is wonderful & amazing Teacher.... also great support from Miss Sereen and Miss Clair for any requirements.

Nursery Management has no care and support to the parents. They only focus on financial aspect of their Nursery without any consideration to the families whom were their clients for long time. Poor communication during COVID-19 time. No refund on the 3rd Semester fees and even worse no care on responding on emails in some cases. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I REGRET REGISTERING MY DAUGHTER THERE FOR TWO YEARS1

Fantastic teachers but very poorly managed specially their communication style and attitude toward parents during COVID-19 situation, they want to take 50% of the fees for online learning for kids under 2 years old!! And use the other 50% as credit toward future usage. Otherwise it will be gone.They sent me a legal notice for review them on Facebook page. Just for you to understand the communication style!

Nursery management engagement after the pandemic situation is really disrespectful to the parents. No communications, no refund,...Id highly advise to avoid registering your kids in this nursery in the future.Nursery removed all reviews from their facebook pages due to the huge amount of complaints from parents. Again, a very immature, unprofessional and disrespectful act from an untrusted entity.

Poor communication and poor handling of the Covid-19 situation. The management took one wrong decision after another, leading to confusion, unfairness and distrust. Still we ended up paying a bit more than 50% of unattended semester. Not even online. Feel sorry for the great teachers and staff.

2020 academic year showed how professional and social responsible they are. Very poor!
