Please dont get fooled by the quality they offer. I replaced my iPhone screen with a one year warranty and they claimed its original while replacing and paid for the best quality. But the touch screen sensitivity started reducing and finally its not working properly they refused to replace it.Their excuse was there s hairline scratch which normally develop when you put in your pocket and its not even obvious to normal eyes. I have been using different iPhones for more than 12 years without screen protector, but never faced such an issue of touch sensitivity. If it was original apple product as they claimed it would never happen. Never expected such unreasonable excuses to fool the customer from such shops.

I went to minutes and have this kabayan petite girl for assistance regarding my bag, she was very hospitable and polite and explained very well about how they will repair my item. She called syed and told me that if they will repair they will have to replace meaning the value would go down. But will a little persistence from syed he was able to repair and even charged me for free! Will definitely be my go to place for my stuffs that needs repair!

If your looking for passport pictures dont bother them. They say theyre open 10am if you got there 10.15 they said its not possible because the photo editor wasnt there. I you in a hurry dont rely on them they wasted my time

Good to have a repairing shop next to the carrefour. I did change a battery for the watch and reduce its length. Wanted to get my shoes fixed too but since they mainly do leather shoes they couldnt guarantee on the quality of the service - mine was a daily use shoes. They have watch repairing, key duplication, engraving, shoe repair etc

I have been there twice and I would say the team of Minutes is amazing. They deliver my product as promised. The staff at the counter is so professional and customer oriented. They have given me an amazing service so I didnt stop myself to give some good reviews about them. I would like to add more, If you are going to minutes Deira city center just meet Rebeca she is working as a sales cum cashier. She got skills and talent and know how to treat a customer professionally.

I bought AAAA batteries from them at 48DHS and found them elsewhere for 13I could have understood a small difference but 3.5 times the market value that is for sure not acceptable. Avoid buying anything from them before checking elsewhere

I had a bad experience in that shop if i can give negative star Ill do. I went there hoping to fix my ipad mini 3 touch is not working properly, after repair i ask them if there will be problem can i send it back so they can check they said up to 7 days. After going home i noticed there is a visible line so i returned it the next day. When i told the technician he said probably i drop it which is not true, then he said problem with the lcd if i want he will change it which is i need to pay again. He did not even check my ipad and he said the lcd is not original. So i will definitely not recommend to go that shop its a waste of money!!! Not recommended at all!!!!

I was very surprised with the professional service and quality in the work delivered. I had my leather boots which got a sole protector and the sole which was very well replaced and got my shoes back in excellent condition which should easily go for another couple of years. I recommend this shop to all. I was assisted by Mr. Rushad and hes such a professional to deal with.

@Minutes: hire more people like Rebecca and you cant go wrong.The services we required were choosing then buying a pair of zippo lighters, and then having them engraved for a wedding anniversary.. as well as some maintenance for a lighter we already owned. A very lively and friendly representative named Rebecca assisted us from start to finish, she gave us full attention and all relavant information including applicable promos and discounts, and some input on which pair to purchase. She showed patience and a level head with us as fussy customers, and was jolly throughout.The 5 stars are for Rebbecas accommodating and professional approach as well as the superb job of engraving the lighters, which she did herself.Keep up the good work and postive attitude.
