I got a caramel bubble tea from lemon bar and trust me its the worst thing youll ever drink in you entire life. Like seriously the bubble were soooooo hard to bite and the taste was so awful. I would never ever go back again. Dont even give it a try its a straight NO. I hate the customer service and just hate everything about lemon bar. Its just THE WORST OF THE WORST.

We were going to try this place right after we finish our dinner at the foud court.. However, hearing an employee ringing the call bell repetitively in a bid to attract customers was so disturbing and made us change our mind. Probably never going to try this place because I hate noise pollution..

Went to Lemon Bar - Dubai mall. Asked for a waffle with Nutella with vanilla ice cream. I had to wait 17 minutes, saw commotion and laughter going on as it was evident that no one there knew how to make a waffle. I was presented with a waffle with ice cream and fruit. I told them this is not what I ordered, to which they replied yeah sorry sir with dont have Nutella (try telling your customers you dont have something before accepting orders and replacing it with completely different)Took a bite into the waffle is was brittle and tastes absolutely disgusting! Poor experience here and sad to see so many staff standing around to deliver a poor customer experience.Spend your money 💷 somewhere else where it will be valued and appreciated.

Nice and helpful staff, but the place is in the food court, not so nice to stand there and enjoy its juice, very loud and messy place.The lemonade, on the other hand, tasted delicious.Felt fresh and refreshing.
