A quick stop to resize my ring (at no coat) which I bought here earlier this year. All the gentlemen in the shop were very helpful. I was even offered a cup of drinking water and tea (which I politely declined) while waiting for my ring to be ready.

From the name of the shop Marhaba which means Welcome. Surprising, they are opposite of that.. not at all welcoming salesman! Very rude and no customer centricity at all! They hate showings their own products and very bad attitude. Highly recommend their mgmt to work on their customers service!!

Bought a diamond that they mounted on an alliance in March 5 years ago. After about 6 months the diamond broke. (The ring was in use every day and was aged off, so it has not been lost in the floor or something similar.)Yesterday I was back for the first time since the year the ring was bought, brought with me the diamond certificate and expected to get help. They could put in a new diamond, but I had to pay for the stone. There was no way to try to accommodate me as a customer so it all ended up leaving me in anger. That I felt fooled when the diamond crack is one thing, but to be met in this arrogant way is another thing .. the husband of fools! Will NEVER put my legs within that store again !!! Really poor service and totally uninterested sellers if they cant make money from you!Is not recommended!
