I recently held my baby shower at BiCe Restaurant, located in the Hilton Hotel in JBR, and it is the most perfectly cute venue, situated poolside in the downstairs lobby of the hotel and has a very Italian feel.BiCe Restaurant was the most perfect venue for a boys baby shower as it is decorated with neutral and blue toned décor. They had amazing service and served tasty Italian food. It was honestly everything I was looking for and more, it was beautiful.BiCe brunch is on Fridays and starts at 12:30pm and finishes at 4pm (with last drinks orders at 3:30pm) however they allowed us to arrive an hour early (at 11:30am) to set up for the shower. We had 16 guests in total and, due to social distancing regulations, this meant we had to be split across two tables, which wasnt an issue at all as with the way the restaurant is set out, we pretty much had our own area to ourselves and the tables were very close to each other.The drinks included in the brunch deal, which is also featured on the Entertainer app (2 for 1) were house drinks including house spirits, wine, beer and soft drinks and there was enough food to feed a football team, it was unlimited and endless. Dishes included:Starters – smoked salmon, risotto balls, couscous saladSecond course – Pepperoni pizza, margarita pizzaMain course – truffle pasta, gnocchi, lamb chops, beef steaksDessert – selection of mini cakes & desserts to shareEach dish was fresh, served perfectly and was delightful to taste and what makes it even better is that, if youre still hungry, you can order more of your favourite dish as and when you wish.The drinks were free-flowing and were topped up without us even having to ask.Overall you could not fault anything about BiCe and I am actually already planning our next visit there as a family when the baby is born as it is suitable for all ages and every seat was full, making the atmosphere great, especially during COVID times!The brunch cost per person for the house drinks brunch package was AED 350 per person (entertainer not included).Instagram: @journeywithuss

We had made a last minute reservation, and she was quick to help us to our seat, show us the specials, and then when a better table became available- she took us outside. Would highly recommend!

We had visited the bice restaurant 2 weeks back , it was an luxurious experience, we loved the margarita pizza the Most and the tiramisu cake !Ms. Gladish was our server, an young ambitious women with a great positive attitude.The ambience of the hotel was really amazing , anybody planning of any special romantic night this restaurant is suggested.

The whole experience was incredible! They made my husband’s birthday fantastic! If you are into a Italian cuisine then this brunch is a must try! Starters, pizzas , pastas, mains and in the end Nutella pizza…I am in a food coma !

Just had a great brunch at BiCE in the Hilton at Dubai Marina. Excellent Italian cuisine, very drinkable house beverages and attentive service from the wonderful James, who brings Mombasa hospitality to Dubai. Perfect.

I was here 3 years ago and it was a great restaurant. Thats why I came today to enjoy great food. I understand todays situation covid 19, but it was bad. Although I did not have a reservation, one place in the empty restaurant was found. The selection from the menu via QR code was average. I ordered a bottle of quite expensive wine and an appetizer. But the octopuses didnt have ... at least the main course, the turbot. The waiter tells us that they dont have it either. Did Dubai run out of raw materials? Did the chef think no one was coming? I left and I have no reason to come here sometimes and recommend. And Im also tired of waiting for the waiters before they come .... I was very disappointed.

The staff were amazing especially James. We really loved the food. We were here for 2 birthdays and both parties felt very special. Thank you. X

Nice restaurant and great staff. Food is of a very good quality and it was delicious. Ive got a gluten free pene which was lovely! My mom got really nice ravioli with meat and spinach and this lovely sauce. We used entertainer, but even without it one can enjoy their lunch discounts.

The whole brunch was great and the staff was amazing, especially Gladish, she is very professional and nice. A beautiful experience. Would like to come again for sure!

I used to go BICE where is located in Argentina. I never regret to come there. As my expectation, the food was so delicious. Especially the squid dish was amazing. I was really exicted and i loved the atmosphere even ive been there before.

An old timer and classic Italian fare restaurant in Dubai. I and a friend had a Sun lunch tradition here for years. Lobster ravioli, frutti di mare pasta and coffee with Calvados. Always great service, impeccable pasta with a elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Ask for a table outside when the weather allows it.

Bice has always been a safe pair of hands when it comes to any Italian dining experience and its reassuring to note that even after 10 years of visits, the quality of the dining experience has not diminished.From todays selections, the top favourites incurred the scallops which were the clear winners and the shared 1kg branzino sea bass. My sons also were very complementary about their seafood Risotto and the bolognaise pasta.Top tip : always reserve... Even in quiet periods and aim for a poolside table at dinner time.

We had a lovely anniversary dinner at Bice. We were warmly welcomed on arrival by the hostess and James, our waiter was attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. At the same time he gave us space and privacy. We ordered the carpaccio and bresaola for starters. Both dishes were excellently presented, fresh high quality produce and delicious. For mains we had the award winning Mojito risotto which turned out to be delightful! And the four cheese pizza which we enjoyed. Again, fresh high quality ingredients. I wanted a light red to go with our food so ordered the Syrah. Despite it being the cheapest on the menu, it was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We ended the meal with James’ big smile as he presented a complimentary and complementary tiramisu for our celebration. Bice is a great place for genuine food served by genuine people. We learned that they are also very popular for Brunch. The only reason I didn’t give a 5/5 was due to me wanted to see more than 1 chef special on the menu, I would have liked to have had more adventurous options like the mojito risotto.

This restaurant has won so many awards for the best Italian restaurant in Dubai that I had to make sure I try this place out. Wasn’t disappointed at all, love the creamy burrata, the delicious Pasta and the amazing Tiramisu which was Chef Davide signature dessert.Do make it a point to visit this fantastic Italian restaurant.

Very cozy Italian restaurant located in the middle of JBR. When you would like to have Italian with full bar available environment this will be the first restaurant to be recommended. It is always good to have Italian beer in draft with some delicious pastas! Burrata salad is one of my favorite.

Located inside JBR The Walk, this fine dining restaurant is a classy place. At night, the burning candles on each of the neatly kept tables creates a cosy, intimate space.The waiters really treat you well and as respected fellow diners, one feels like theyre in a VIP space. The waiters were able to explain each of the dishes to us accurately, which goes to show their thorough training and understanding of their menu. So with regards to the service, Ill give it a 4. If youre one who likes lots of variety, the menu here might let you down. Only purely quintessential Italian dishes are here - rissoto, pasta, antipasti, creme brulee, all the usual.For the food, as a hot starter Frito Misto was nice and more so with the delicious dips, but it was quite like any other tempura prawns youll get anywhere else. It lacked some real standout punch to make it a BiCE standard.The moment I tried the cream dressing of the Ravioli Alla Massaia, I was in heaven. A superb flavoured thick, rich and creamy sauce. Just the way it should be. I even called the chef and gave him the feedback. But maybe I was a bit hasty because after I tried the actual Ravioli filling, I was a bit let down. The veil meat inside did not really go with the flavour of the sauce. All in all though, it was a really good dish. The Risotto Fruti de Mare was good as well. So the food gets a 4 as well.Mostly the drinks you can get here are alcoholic beverages, hence you can use the special Zomato Gold offer to get 2 + 2 on alcoholic drinks. If you are looking for non-alcoholic beverages, then there are a few options in the menu, which I liked a lot, along with the usual soft fizzy drinks. So for the drinks, Ill give it a 3.5.As for value for money, the dishes were indeed heavily priced... but as the food here is of a certain standard and is true quality Italian food, I dont think it harms your wallet too much. A 3.5 stars for value in my opinion.All in all, BiCE Ristorante really does deserve its 4 stars. Lovely service and beautiful Italian food in a great ambiance.It doesnt get booked out it seems although the place itself is stunning, both the decor as well as the music (they had a beautiful singer and pianist when we were there).Food is very authentic Italian which helps when you go with an Italian and they serve a starter of chefs choice with every order.Highly recommend

I went to this place for the Friday brunch with 24 people total on 4 tables - I can only say wauw. 5 stars for the service, food, drinks and venue. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend this place for brunching. Great prices too. Special thanks to Elona who seems to bring the whole place together into a well oiled machine. I have heard a lot of good feedback about the restaurant from my workmates, so I decided one fine evening to try to eat at Bice, and you all didn’t fail me! I was a happy and satisfied customer when I left the restaurant. Food was great. Staff were all accommodating and friendly. Ambience was delightfully amazing and cozy! It’s a bit pricey, as expected, but of course, it’s a given fact that quality comes with price! Will definitely come back soon!

Bice is one of the most charming Italian Restaurants in JBR ,located at Hilton Hotel with lovely al fresco area overlooking Hiltons garden and beach area. Impeccable service and flavourful homemade pasta. They also have the best aperitivo with truly Italian canapés. Glad to discover this restaurant.

Excellent Italian restaurant. I went there to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was the right choice. The Chef Davide, Maitre Danilo and all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of.Food was excellent, from beginning to end, with great meat quality, fresh ingredients, and the best lobster linguine I have had in a long while (yes, that’s how they should be done according to me).Highly recommended, no pretentious wannabe place, but rather great food and service. Great family/kids brunch option.Excellent Xmas day brunch. Not as extravagant as other brunch options but well priced and ideal when staying in the hotel.Rally very good Italian food and bbq outside.For 325dhs with house drinks this is a great family option. You won’t have anyone seeking endless champagne here in my experience so lower key for those with kids.

The food itself was very good, as expected. Everything else was a disappointment. Several items on the menu not available (even simple things like asparagus - just go to the shop and buy some!) Confused waitress, customers in shorts (okay, this is dubai and many people have no clue what fine dining means) and even though theyd acknowledged when I booked that it was a wedding anniversary, there was no sign of it being known on the night. Overall, not the great experience expected.

Milestone of the Italian cuisine in Dubai. Its been open for many years delivering good quality food adherent to the Italian tradition.Still classy but need a refresh... Seems like being on a boat cruise restaurant.The sparking water at 42 dirhams is hard to digest.

Pretty average. Service was slow but friendly. Drinks selection was limited, they ran out of Italian beer in an Italian restaurant! No premium gin on offer. We booked a terrace table, it was a bit chilly (not the restaurants fault of course), but the gas heaters weren’t working because they had no gas, although we could see working heaters in the bar close by. One starter was cold so we sent it back, the rest of the food was fine if not exceptional. We booked for a special birthday dinner and it was enjoyable, but I wouldn’t say it was a premium experience. The hotel is dated but has a great location, time for a revamp I think.

Beautiful restaurant, overlooking the swimming pool, the decor is so lovely with several different areas to eat in.The staff are very, very good, Professional and friendly and the food is gorgeous. A lovely selection of warm rolls, bread and breadsticks arrives at the table whilst you await your main course.We had an Angus steak and a pasta dish in a lovely, delicious creamy tomato sauce, both were cooked to perfection and two very clean plates appeared!We loved everything about this experience but did find the price of the drinks quite high.Keep up the good work guys!

Nice little Italian restaurant on JBR, it’s the second time I’ve been here and both times I was not disappointed, the staff are attentive and very accommodating, especially Nein and Habib. The food is piping hot and tasty, good portion sizes too, although it did take a little longer than expected to come out. Overall a very enjoyable meal. Very nice Italian restaurant. Restaurants have very good service and tasty food. Specially recommended pizza “Quattro fromaggi” and Ravioli di fungí. Very nice interior and atmosphere

The layout and ambience has been well thought out, tables are spread out rather than crammed in and theres live lounge music from a pianist/singer.

We chose this restaurant due to it being on the Entertainer app, when entering the restaurant we made sure that they accepted the Entertainer, which they confirmed they did!When we asked for the bill, they then informed us that they have 2 offers on the Entertainer and ours was not valid!! We were then told that they would not accept the Entertainer coupon code which we had!Totally disgusted with how unprofessional they were! And how we as a customer had to pay for their error!!We also had to pay for a childs meal who was under 6 years, which should be free! But they did refund our daughters meal of 125 AED.(brunch price for children 6 to 12 years)I would NOT recommend this restaurant on principle!
