Horrible, bad attitude!I called today (Oct. 17, 2016 12:50pm) reception name Mohammad is so bad. Im asking for something and while Im still talking he dropped my call. You have the worst telephone manner. You should train your staff how to treat guest/client . Fix your staff so you can get more guest. I will never ever recommend this hotel. To all guest whos planning to stay in this hotel please think twice

We been 12 days at the hotel with my family at third floor I never ever seen like that customer service all employe they just begging money and the guy front desk he didnt give my change they r very ashamed pls pls need to work on customer service and owner of the hotel need to watch out whats going on but I really enjoy my vacation
