The worst experience I ever had! First, we spent around a week correcting mistakes which were made by designer. And if you would see our conversation, you would wonder a lot. Then, they were not replying over the phone. In WhatsApp sometimes guy was answering and giving some excuses. When I was calling to the same number, the guy, who doesnt speak English AT ALL was answering... sometimes. As a result, sales guy replied in WhatsApp informing me that hes out of the country. In the office I didnt get any reply as well. More than 2 weeks wasted without any result!
