Staff are so careless and highly unprofessional. I had restarted my savings plan this year and theyve apparently failed to update my ID details in their system inspire of me physically visiting their office and providing all the documents in the first place!!

This is the worst saving product you can put your money in, they have hidden T&C which they will use to punish you when you redeem your savings even after 2 years

Non-existent customer service! Good luck getting through to a live person on their phone system, there is no option. AT ALL. After intentionally trying to redeem the wrong amount three times, they finally transferred me to one - whose customer service skills was worse than their phone maze. Explained that I didnt get any notification if my cheque is ready even after a month, I was practically told that I should have called to follow up because they do not inform. I said it would be helpful if they do, but no they dont do it and nobody had any problem with that except me. Just wow. Good luck.

I took the policy with the acceptable terms but very soon they changed the terms and conditions without and approval. They also not gave any option to get all money as refund.Very bad experience.

National Bond is totally useless. They have a strategic plan to suck your saved money and make to zero balance.and very difficult to contact them...Simple advice dont invest your time and money with National Bond.

Discontinuing with them as they introduced the minimum balance without the consent from the existing customer. At the time of deposit minimum balance was not required and they started charging the customer based on thier changed policy. Dont trust them any more.

Dont recommend! Worst Telephone and Online experience. It says you are no.1 in line to operator and 20mins have passed non one has answered! Online you can see 10,000 per day withdrawal and I withdrew money yesterday less then limit and trying again today withdraw more but it keeps on saying cant withdraw as i dont have limit! Calling customer service and no one is answering! Terrible mistake should not have saved with National Bonds! Need the money for an emergency and stuck with this mess.

In UAE most of the people living and participating in National Bonds Scheme are foreigners therefore this is highly recommended to allow all members to declare at least one next of kin in case of any inability. This person should be allowed to collect the redemption only in case1 - if the member is dead and death certificate is presented by the next of kin attested by the govt authorities.2 - his/her visa for UAE is cancelled and taken exit from the country and next of kin presents authority letter attested by govt authorities.This will give better confidence to people who are reluctant to invest with National Bonds.

They distinguish between customers based on sex and nationality, UAE nationals and females are eligible for prizes equal to all other nationalities, though they are giving prizes from customers money who most of them are expats.This is against international laws and ethics.Any investment with them is a support and participation to this racism act.

I was a member for a year and a half with them. They are not the best out there but they are not bad. I had opted-out cause of the new policy which changed the prize structure to favor the regular savers and locks the bonds for a year long which against the poor performance was not a good option for me. Another concern was they calculate the profit based on the (annual return + prizes gained). The calculation gives 0.64% for annual return of +10K Dhs and total of 1.39% with the prizes of (3 x 50 Dhs each). Bottom line, they consider the prize a part of annual return and they market their annual returns based on this fact.

Unfortunately the complaint department doesnt differentiate between loyal old customer & new one .I used to deal with them since 2006 & for small mistakes they charged me 1500 AED which let me withdraw all my investment & savings to multinational bank . even I left them my total 2018 intrest .

Very bad experience when I have cancelled my stuff. Went to office personally and customer care is saying documents are not received. Very lousy way of working.

Customer care service should operate 24/7 for public help which is very much lacking....

They just wipe up our money which we invested 12 years ago. At their office they told us that our accounts are zero after all years we gave them trust. And they are talking to people with sarcastic grimace on their faces and with threatening voice.

A very bad service per month deducts from my son’s account a certain amount .. And she sends me a message every month that I have to deposit a sum greater than what is in his account in order not to deduct from his account even though from the beginning of the investment the agreement was only on this amount .. Question to the company .. who He does not own the amount the company desires .. his money is lost ????????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whoever spoils the ways to save ... If you put your money, someone else returns you to the computer ... The office does not think this is a permanent limit .. I called on Tuesday 10 and a quarter in the morning and there is no limit to my response from the office ... I never advise you of national bonds
