Not answering phones. Email replies received after 02 days with littleor no progress on the request. A very very bad experience overall.
One of the worst services in Dubai. HDFC in Dubai dont even care about their customers. Wanted to open a nri account with hdfc in dubai. Their branch is wrongly located in google maps. But they dont seem to care. Never received any intimation from them either. Their employees in Dubai are even worse than govt employees in India.

If they are so Busy and not lifting the phone several times. Then please do not display the Phone Number on the Internet. The customers like a Fools hanging on the phones.
