@Joakim- Account manager –He portrayed himself to be a resourceful and result-oriented person but what we have witnessed after signing the contract was contrary to what he portrayed, they did not fulfill any of the promises or commitments that were made between us when we enter into an agreement with them.It was a very bad experience with them.We have given our Digital Advertising to them. The response from them was like we are working on it, and it will take time to show the result and it was always delayed in the response from them. For the creatives also to change something minor they took so long.@Yasmeen – Assisting Client -very little she understands about what the client is expecting from them, very poor customer service and client handling from her side.Even all the Team members are also not educated enough in their field to handle the clients and give proper answers.Our expectations are not fulfilled at all.

The worst SEO services I ever heard of. They did absolutely nothing - on a site like ours they suggested max 10 tags, choose a strategy that is not compatible with the services we provide, didnt bother changing meta descriptions on any page except for home (all of the others just had the same), tagging pages, nothing, 0, very very bad service, expensive AND their contract is non-refundable so once youre on it you cannot stop it until the end. Finally its over for me, this was a very big mistake and a big waste of money, dont recommend this company at all, I could have done a lot more SEO wise with a third of the money they charged it by picking a right supplier. Their team is polite, thats probably how they get their clients to join, but thats it.

This company is the worst of its kind out there. They all talk but never deliever results. They always take big names of clients they have but their work is ZERO. These guys specialize in giving businesses in the UAE the much needed branding to help them get off the ground and in front of the type of customers that actually buy. We’d been launching campaigns by ourselves in the past but had very little luck. Greg did an awesome job of educating me and my team about our digital marketing needs – and then went the extra mile by sitting with us and giving us the insight we needed to respect how campaigns work and to understand the campaigns’ data.

By God this company is a huge scam. They sell you Google by number of clicks and spend like 100-200 AED on you, while they want to charge you like 1200AED for that.Their social media prices are insanely high and they probably dont even spend much on you there as well. Customer service is very POOR. Once they take payment from you (Post dated cheques) they start ignoring you. After I talk with people it seems like we were just one of many unhappy customers. I dont recommend them at all. If I could give zero stars I would.
