Took some time locating the office. Had to drive past a couple of times and finally managed to park in a lane on the rear side of the office.Office decor and ambience lacked positive vibes. Reaching the appropriate counter is a trial and error basis or if one is lucky there is a helpful customer providing guidance. No staff to assist a first timer. Staff appeared to be harassed probably due to high demand as the airline has a reputation for safe travel and probably the budget traveller has only this airline operating to his/ her destination.Phones remained unanswered as staff were busy assisting customers. When the staff was informed that even the toll free number is never answered, the staff replied that there is an overload.Staff at the counter was professional and business like in their conduct. Highly knowledgeable and provided the requisite information promptly.A customer from the airlines country of origin should not expect a courteous welcome or a pleasant greeting. So steel yourself and exit the location if youve had a successful transaction.

Worst service. They wont tell any details of the flight service.Really fade up with thier mobile service. I tried 30times in a day they are not picking.As per working time 11.30 I reached at 10.30 they closed their office.We are all thinking about the cheap price but here the samr way they are treating us.Kindly please try other service. However the flight rate will be high.But this kind of attitude air service will spoil the indias reputation.

Any changes or modification in the online bookings is not possible through online. This needs to change; else air India is not contributing for digital India. Personal visit to the office is a must for changes as of now. Office staff and process are customer friendly however better to make the process online.

Good for nothing. Worst service. Staffs are siting idle. Not giving any proper information or any services. Telephones services are kept idle. Never pickup telephone calls and no replies from emails. when we visit for any services like refund and all they says we will call you, no need to visit our office and hence no replies. i dont see any use of this office

Air India Express - Ticket modification update - Had to visit Air India Express office today (24/03/2020), for flight ticket modification, an officer told that no changes can be made on tickets until April 10th, and the ticket amount will be on our credit, until this year end, to change flights to another date of our choice. Hope this information helps.Please refer attached images for detailed information.

Kindly note, do not book any tickets through Cleartrip for air India airlines. Both the companies are fraud. As lots of people booked tickets in pandemic time and they didn’t returned the money till now. Even my money also they are not ready to return. I contacted the Cleartrip team for the refund of my trip id 200402400358. They informed me that there was a RA raised as 000573384 on June 2020. However, they haven’t received the approval from air India in 8 months or reply for the RA 000573384 which was raised.So do give the reply for this RA. So they will process the refund for that.

1. When ever you called they wont pick up coz they are busy in another line. The same word i am hearing from all customer. My question is to whom they are speaking?2. The management not respond our emails so the representative not respond our calls. The same behavior can see from crew member in flight..3. So everyone getting salary from our ticket, even they dont know meaning for the word is called SERVICE.

Very Worst Service by the Air India Express Staffs, where they didnt allow any customer inside the shop and treating like dog. We have to wait outside the shop in Hot weather and they call one by one to discuss on the entrance of the shop. No helpful at all..

Its an government recognized office where india airlines Air india and air india Express tickets and related queries being solved. During repatriation flight there are huge numbers of people used to gathered out the office. Its very important and useful, people friendly office where first verbally queries being solved. There is one setback that they usually will not pick your call. But it is situated nearby metro station so that people can easily reach and get there problems solved. Office situated next salahuddin metro Station of green line and nearby RTA bus transport also available. As it situated next to road taxi services also can be easily accessible.

They will take the money with out any ticket and very poor response from customer service.Customer service unable to get information from t finance teamfinance team team is unable to share any information to customer serviceCustomers are unable to connect directly to finance team.Ultimately if you book the ticket even if it is air India server issue your cash got deducted and no ticket received. that also your problem because you choose air india.

Extremely sorry I called my reservation for Mumbai on 19 March under Booking Ref H3283 from AirIndia office in Deira Dubai . I cancelled my booking on 2 Feb and I was told to send an email to ecommerce @airindia.in. for Refund and also I was told I will get Refunds within 2-3 working days but till to date I didn’t received funds neither from AiIndia office from India nor from Dubai. I don’t understand why should ask Air India office fromIndia when I paid in Dubai . Pls trace this matter urgently otherwise I will lodge complain against Air India in Dubai who has taken my money.
