A place next to Murraqabat Police Station with a shoe store, barber shop, party needs, typing center and a couple of oriental restaurants on its ground floor. Most of the upper floor is occupied by some offices. Mostly corporate office for the local insurance company of Alliance Insurance. However, the ambiance is not really for a place to stay for a while.

Very nice place... You can find very interesting things and shops there.... Is just near to murraqabat police station..... Nice decorated inside....

Had a great opportunity to visit this place. Looks old but you can find something nice and interesting things inside.

Mainly business center, mainly exchange houses for transactions in USD and other Currencies. Finding parking is difficult so go for the buildings basement parking , almost 5 aed an hour , very close parking spaces so better to park outside if you get a parking space outside. Fast elevators and not very busy. Just adjacent to police station and behind JW marriot deira. Traffic is worst most of the hours. A bit old building but still maintained well by the management.
