I met with a few companies, all online as I was out of the country and made my decision to select Zen.My decision was based on them understanding my requirements and from the very first design idea I was so happy; there were only a few changes needed, then off we went on the journey - TOGETHER...For the entire design and build period I was outside Dubai, our regular updates, instant replies to questions gave me great comfort during the process, I felt part of the team.When I finally arrived home to my Dubai apartment, it was stunning. I could not praise highly enough the service and value provided by Zen. After an initial in person consultation at the Zen offices in March we completed the rest of the process using virtual online Skype calls. In addition to a great range and quality of products I would say that the team went above and beyond to help me. I live in the UK and the property itself was a rental investment, at hand over of the property Patrick and his team completed various visits to the developer to help me. My fiancé and me had a very good experience with Zen interiors, Marjorie was the one appointed to take care of our needs she was responsive and helped us design our home. Marjorie was always available whenever we needed help or was confused with the design, she helped me understand how the house would be just on video call. Fantastic company and team to work with. The staff being polite and knowledgeable. First the interior design, then furniture fit out and move in, they did a great job, I am very happy with the quality of the furniture as well. Specially I would like to mention Ms. Mariana who was my contact point, she was very helpful throughout the whole project, and the designer Ms Ashley Also very creative to meet all of my requirements. Very professional work and the way they dealt with me as a customer, even though all the communication and design and planning were done through the phone. Completed the project better than my expectations and on time. One of the best things we did upon our move to Dubai was hiring Zen interiors. From the very start of the process the team were extremely responsive, welcoming and helpful. The team listened and understood our brief perfectly and the output was beyond anything we could have wished for. Beyond this, the timeframe that we gave was extremely challenging and they didn’t even bat an eyelid, which made the whole process of relocating from another country so much smoother, even enjoyable! I have worked with interior design companies previously back in the UK, and having now worked with Zen I can see why they are so highly awarded and recommended. Fantastic company and team to work with. Hired Zen to help with leading a home renovation and then furniture fit-out / move in. They have really great ideas for each room and they are super accommodating of clients wishes as well.What has stood out most is their promptness in responding to queries even after all the work has been completed and theyve handed over the house to us. I called today to know if they deal with carpet tiles since i wanted to order for my firm. The person who attended the call did not even want to tell me if they dealt with carpet tiles. He was rude to let me know that i should first send an inquiry email and their Purchase department would respond if they wanted to....Such a shame that companies like these respond rudely to prospective customers !
