Such an unprofessional dealing. They are not taking any responsibility . Wont answer the calls and wont reply to our emails as well. Work wise quality is also very poor. Dont deal with them for any insurances. When they dont have any answers to our question they will simply say i am in a meeting will call back. After that they will call only after 2 days. Unprofessional staffs also

Don’t deal with Sreekant. Deal direct with insurance companies instead. Unresponsive, lazy and very forgetful staff. I have been after this guy for literally over a month about the insurance I bought. Just keep ignoring me for some reason.Will be cancelling my account with them after expiry.

Worst company and Greedy SALES team.After Tens of reminder regarding attaching Insurance Policy to EID, they couldn’t do it.This company worst no wonder Dubai is not the Dubai it used to be because of Such fraud operational company.
