Dont buy any policy from them. Go directly to the insurance company. Once the insurance plan is sold, they stop returning calls for any issue. The customer service is bad and the agents dont give two hoots about customers once the payment is made. They neither return calls nor bother answering queries on the phone. The agent literally banged the phone on my face. I can name the people I dealt with here but no use. I dont think others would be any better. They are lax and just do not care about the customers. At max, take the quotes from them and then go to the insurance company directly and buy it. Most of the insurance can be bought online and in case something goes wrong, one can approach the company directly. Once the policy is bought from these brokers, the insurance companies are pretty helpless in dealing with any problem that might arise. This broker is best avoided.
