I dont know if Im the only person struggling or not but I have been struggling to contact them for a week now. The lines always end up dead and no one responds to the queries on the website that I left. Via the chat box on Google I finally got hold of someone Friday that simply stated if I cant get hold of the company I need to go in to the branch. After explaining that my work hours wont allow that they finally said Id receive a call back. This morning I gave them another call just as they opened, finally getting through and the person I spoke with couldnt help me with my queries at all. Not even sending me my policy details which I never received from them in the first place. Safe to say Im not renewing my insurance with them. Hoping that all of you wont have a similar experience.

They can provide 3rd party coverage for GCC Visitor cars. Ive been renewing my insurance with them for past 5 years. Mr Khaled is very helpful and always help me get the best rate.

If you need a car insurance call/go to Mr. Khaled. Hes very helpful and cooperative.We had an issue of renewing an insurance of a trip-ticket vehicle, he has done his best to satisfy us and the new policy has been issued within 15 minutes.

Emad is very efficient and helpful. I never have issues with this insurance. It is easy to renew and to operate in case of any emergency. I would recommend it .

Emad Almaslamani provided me with excellent sales service. I had unique requirements and there was a chance they didn’t have a policy to suit them. Emad provided me with Info including customs contact numbers in another country! His incredible resourcefulness and assistance helped me find out independently my options. I ended up insuring my car with him because I like a sales person who helps me out even if it may mean that I end up not buying from him. Such service is reassuring that the rest of the company take care of their clients .

Al-Ain Ahlia is a small insurance company located in Baraha area corniche side which is a good location in Deira ... not aware of all company activities but in car insurance they are doing fine ... give good packages with reasonable price service is good staff there are kind and helpful and their car insurance package includes a free crane service .

Worst insurance company ever in the whole of UAE , my car broke down and they refuse to repair it , do not waste your time having insurance with them , they will never repair your car , waste of money 😡scam 😡😡

It would be nicer if you could call to inform your clients if or when their evaluations (accident claims) are approved.

Quick and efficient and very friendly staff

I have a policy with them from my car since 2016. No issues to report and renewal process is simple and fast. A couple of things, they dont insure expensive cars and parking when I need to visit them.

They provide a competitive insurance quotes but the location is an area that is very to reach in due to traffic. Moreover the office is a tiny office that could barely accommodate the employees.

My car has been with them for a week and have zero feedback on my insurance. They say they dont know and just asks me to call next day everytime. The people answering the calls are not friendly at all.WORST INSURANCE I EVER HAD.
