The worse company ever, placed my laptop for diagnostic and they only called me one time after i gave them the laptop.I was involved in an emergency at that time which i totally forgot to collect the laptop as i was not using it at all but had some important family photos stored on the hard drive.Than when i realize that the laptop was still not collected i visited them again claiming for the laptop then i received a call from them asking me to pay for diagnostic report and when i asked for the report, they claimed we will write it for u on the invoice and when i asked for the proper report that i am paying for, they replied to me the laptop was not found as it is two years since they received it and they dont keep in storage more than 45 days as mentioned on the receipt.The question is how a legitimate company destroy laptop( people money and memories) without bothering themselves to call customer again and informing them or reminding them of the 45 days grace period and when trying to receive explanation they respond with sarcasm.Unprofessionals and sarcastic treatment. This is my experience with ITCHASE.COM
