Was inquiring about a set of $300 Stahwile tools. There was a very helpful sales associate helping me. One of the managers was telling the sales associate in his native tongue to stop wasting time on me, and that I wouldnt buy the set (in a degrading manner). I understood every word.Absolutely pathetic.

I am very disappointed with their customer service. They dont even respond to the inquiries. Once I bought crocodile jacks from them and got damaged while still under warranty and they didnt change it mentioning lots of tricky excuses. Their terms and conditions are very bad.I do not recommend this company at all. You better go to Wurth Gulf or Arwani or Roleman World if you seek good services.
