This is review of our experience with Arwani Trading. We bought most of the equipment and tools from this seller, sales person was supportive and helpful during the process. But once the money are paid, dont expect your initial problems with setting up and adjusting equipment to be solved. Technical team are not supportive, they are always busy and dont have time neither interest to help you. We spoke with Azhar over the phone, this employee doesnt know how to support clients and solve technical issues. Now our business is stuck and we cant provide certain services to the clients. Would suggest to go elsewhere if you dont want to face same issues.

Very bad company I really feel so sorry to loss my mony for this company I spand more than 15000usd to buy machines but now when I complane about machine no sppurt at all only keep laying I loss more coz of this bad company.Even arwani in Oman the stuff they dont know how to work or how to move with costmer they looks lazy to work
