This place is a hidden gem and a welcome relief from the sun. Mainly Splash Island. My 20 month toddler loved it, especially the slides. We will definitely be coming again.The only recommendations are the strength of the falling water above the toddler slides was very powerful and made it too difficult for the toddlers to climb up the stairs or sit ready for the slides. The force of the water in these areas were too strong and not needed.

Great indoor swimming pool for the kids. Adults can also accompany them. Great during summers. The facilities are maintained clean.

We had an amazing time, since its indoors, its perfect to enjoy your 3 hours in pool and kids enjoy their slides and water fun.

My daughter have been attending the Blue Wave club for over a year.I have attended some swimming classes as well. The blue wave team is always very welcoming at the reception, the coaches are professional and enthusiastic.The club is conveniently located with sufficient parking spaces and comfortable facilities for both kids and parents.Definitely recommend the Blue Wave.

Blue wave swimming club is one of the best places to learn and to train for swimming .what I love about the club is the coaches . After only 10 sessions of swimming classes I feel confident and learned a lot of freestyle techniques. And I am looking forward to continue with this club.

Amazing place i really loved it and my girl loved it. Its a new concept and the first one in dubai imagine a playground indoor on water wow the kids had a blast. I met the owner and i told him we need more branches scattered around the uae inchalla i hope the best for u. They also have an olympic style swimming pool for advanced people and a smaller pool gor private swimming classes with well trained instructors.They also have a birthday hall for kids. And now they are making a special aircondition glass room so you can wait and see your children playing.The toilets are clean i liked the folding chairs inside the showers, and they have lockers to keep your valuables.Car park is available outsideSome people in the comments were saying its hot but i didnt find the place hot at all and you shouldnt have the place cold or you will end up in hospital with your child being sick so i find it perfectStaff were veryyyyyy friendly thx i would definetly come and advertise the place by word of mouth to my family and friends

Great swimming classes for children! Kids pool is comfortably warm at 31 degrees. Parents can follow the class from the grandstand or swim themselves in the adults pool which is located right next to kids pool. Our 3-year-old attended the wintercamp swimming classes with coach Moby who was excellent, and within a few days had developed the confidence to dive under water and swim with floaties, despite previously having disliked water. She was excited to attend the classes and the coachning was both punctual and professional.

My daughter attended a birthday party today at Splash Island (Blue Wave). The venue is lovely and they all had so much fun. The temperature of the water is very nice so kids dont get cold. They have good changing facilities and the venue is clean. Highly recommended.

In general it’s a good place .. but the safety is not good you have to keep your eyes on your little kids... suddenly i found my 2 daughters ( who don’t know how to swim) standing near the big pools !!! No one cared or tried to search for their parents!! The safety door for big pools which supposed to be closed is always opened !!!!

Blue wave indoor swimming pools are excellent idea specially in summer and winter. You can swim while the weather is scorching outside and also while it’s freezing outside and it won’t affect your skin. The temperature is excellent match with the weather and water is clean and clear. Recommended for all level of swimmers as well as all ages.Staffs are accommodating and full of smiles. Keep it up guys God bless you all...

We went last year and it was fantastic but we went last weekend and it was RUBBISH! dirty and staff was not good seams to be run by new company and it was so dirty and smelly with flys all around. very disappointing save your money and go to the beach!!

It looks like a good place for kids. Lots of gates to limit access by kids in adults section or when they are unattended. Adults/parents have place to seat where they can see their child firing swim class.

Amazing for the kids! Took my kids today in the Shamal - what a great place for this weather! Parent and child friendly. Very clean facilities, excellent changing rooms, and helpful staff. The slides were great fun. We watched some learn to swim lessons and I’ve enrolled my son. Would recommend, temperature is nice for the kids when they’re in the cool pool.

Its a great indoor water park in Dubai! My kids love ❤️ it. They also have an waiting area Air conditioned room.They have also swimming classes suitable for all ages. Its a nice place for toddlers to play. I took my 3 yo son and he had a blast and didnt want to leave.

Worst birthday. The staff are not helpful at all and u need to make everything (setting the decoration, songs, even cutting the cake) nice place for kids but not a birthday party. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Rothel Cruz is extremely professional, polite and friendly. She is very hardworking, and is very patient. She is really always on time and always has a smile on her face. A lot of swimming instructors make a business out of the lessons, purposely holding their students back from learning so they can take more classes. But Rothel is so honest in her work. She genuinely tries her best to teach her students as much as she can. If anyone wants to truly learn swimming, I highly recommend Rothel.

We went on my niece birthday blue wave place is good. Kind of Indoor water park for kids. They don’t have AC at all they have cooler and it’s very basic. In Dubai’s heat how can people can sit and watch kids. I’m not coming next time to this place and not recommend to others as well only because they don’t have AC.

This place is fun don’t get me wrong. One of the few places we found that had facilities for younger children. However, the building, equipment and service levels seem very tired and in need of a refresh. The walk ways and indoor water park are old, rusting and just a little rundown in places. The clear panels upstairs by the seating area could do with a clean. The staff at the front desk could do with a refresher course in client management. We stood and waited for them to finish ordering their lunch so we could pay and enter. Only to pay and leave the counter still not having a clue where to go and what the process was as lunch was more important than any of the paying clients standing in front of them waiting to be served.Overall I would come again and would advise this as an option in summer but don’t expect too much. It’s nice but not that nice.

Nice place to learn swimming in different level. Also good place for the kids to play in water splash. Currently they have very good summer camp with reasonable price. Parents can see they kids in sitting area with A/C.

My 2.5 year old son and his friends love this place. It’s close, it’s local,indoors and affordable. The slides cover his age group perfectly! People have mentioned about the AC, but personally we find the lack of it a bonus... the children therefore don’t find it too cold. As parents neither do we when half submerged in water! A good find indeed.

The pool Ive been looking for, for years. Water in lap pool is the perfect temperature for lengths, and the splash area is warm for the little ones, and simply terrific value.

We loved this place! Went with small kids (under 5 years) and they had a ball playing in Splash Island. It is great value for money, hours of entertainment for the kids! And as a parent it’s fantastic that it’s undercover and they aren’t exposed to the sun. I also swam laps, we went in the morning and I had the lane to myself. Again it was great that it was completely shaded especially in the middle of summer. Looking forward to our next visit.

I didn’t like the idea of closed swimming pool. The place just doesn’t feel right . It’s an indoor closed pool . I also didn’t like the idea of the huge pool where adults swimming in the same pool of older children . It’s clean and friendly staff . They have swimming lessons,

The water playground is ok for one day of fun, Kids love it. But to make your birthday party there is a nightmare. Their customer service is very poor and those ladies that are in charge off are absolutely awful. You dont have to who to complaint because they literally said NO.My son went there once on a play date and he really liked it and asked to have his birthday there, but for a parent is a terrible experience. They were very unprofessional and rude in the way they explained things to me, they love to argue , they said one thing now and another one after, when they sell you the package they dont explain you things properly and they provide nothing than the playground and the party room, nobody helps you to decorate or to organize the room you have to do all on your own . It is not cheap we paid 100 dhs per kids and the only thing they included is pop corns, balloons and juice. Dont waste your money there. It is not worth it. There are many better places in Dubai to celebrate your little ones birthday. I hope this helps people not experienced what I did .

I did not enjoy this place very much because, the staff are very annoying and, racist.The splash area is very likely to be the worst pool ive ever been in, it is very cold to be in, and the slides are very tight, some of the slides need maintenance and others are broken, i woke up the next day with a painful back.I recommend the other pools to be in, and not the splash area. It’s the worst place ever ... very hot and staff very rude and racism played well against arabs and locals ... they did allow their own nationality friends to wear cotton clothes in the water and when our nannies went into water , they never allowed them and they were so rude ... when we asked them why others r wearing the same and nothing is told to them they didn’t comment ... I returned back my money and I will never return back here ...save your money

Beautiful concept, great shawer rooms, three spaciouse seating areas one of them is air conditioned in a spaciouse glass-walls room overlooking the whool club at mezzanine floor and the other two are air coolers equiped. I got My kids enrolled into their learn to swim course three weeks ago and i can already see amazing result ..what a geat place 👏👍
